Associated Appliance

I do most of my homes repairs. When our refrigerator freezer stopped working, that was $2000 dollars I did not have to buy a replacement right after the holidays. Found great videos online to help trouble shoot the problem and after 25+ years of working industrial maintenance, I was sure of my problem. Identified the parts but ordering online was cheap but long lead times on parts. Called local parts suppliers and prices were excessively high and some did not have them in stock. Called Associated Appliance and they had the parts I needed and pricing was about half of what others wanted. Drove to the shop and got my parts and repairs were made without issues. Four stars only because of the pricing I could of gotten if I wanted to wait.

This is a great appliance parts store. I'm trying to fix my stove & needed a simple part. No one at Lowe's or Home Depot is going to know what I am talking about, much less have the part. This crew knew what I meant & helped me out quickly. Service is a 10! They also have a great mask policy & practice social distancing. Highly recommend.

PSA, if you are considering using Associated Appliance in OKC you should know that you can NOT return any parts that don't work at all. My husband went in and got a part for our oven this week (around $100) and it didn't work at all. Impossible to tell if it wasn't the right part, not the right issue or if the part was defective. But they have a strict no returns policy that they FAIL TO TELL YOU when you are checking out. They just put it in the fine print of the receipt. When my husband called the place to see if they would take the part back he was met with "They said we gave you the part you wanted. It's not our fault it didn't work" and a whole lot of attitude. They are in the business of trial and error- so many people buy from them to try and fix a problem with an appliance but we all know that doesn't always work. Of course, small businesses can have whatever policies they want, I just feel like it is important to communicate that to you customers beforehand or at check out.

Love this place for parts!!All sales final on purchases. I don't think that's a drawback, just stay informed.
