Aspen Place Apartments

This place is the absolute worst place to live ever gunshots every other night loud people yelling outside and don't get me started on the management they haven't done a damn thing since we've been here but collect checks they don't care how your apartment is they don't care how you are they're really evil people up here I wouldn't have ever moved here if I known that this new trinity management was taking over I understand raising the price if you do more work or work at all but hell you can't even wake up to a clean parking lot unless you pick it up yourself there's one maintenance guy that works but that's it the rest are just guys who know a little bit of this and a little bit of that no certification they won't work with you on any type of payments out of no where without telling us until it's 500$ back due now they want us to pay it or get evicted today? What that's illegal everything this place does is illegal I really hate aspen place apartments and wish I never moved here we've been here 2 years and they treat you like shit

Absolute nightmare. Terrible management and maintenance. Countless phone calls and emails given with zero response. They could not care less if you have a bad living experience, and only want your money. We didn't have A/C for an entire summer; the apartment got up to 85 degrees daily. They finally switched us to a new apartment when we had an electrical fire in the ceiling from faulty wires. Our shower head in the new apartment doesn't work, and we have to use a screw driver to turn the bath tub on. Please don't waste your time or hard earned money on these apartments. Almost impossible to get out of your lease, and you'll regret it within weeks of moving in.

Do not move here, my friend has lived here for almost a year and she has had nothing but problems. She's constantly complaining about the water always being turned off without warning. They still haven't fixed things from when she first moved in and wrote down what needed to be fixed on the move in sheet.

The price is not worth it. It is impossible to get maintenance repairs done. Sadly, even urgent, dangerous repairs are ignored. Management told me recently that there was a 6 month waiting list for regular repairs (I needed dishwasher fixed, had an old fire alarm that had not worked for 2 years, and shower that constantly made a screeching noise.) I was told they were not emergencies and had to wait in line. You also have to send out numerous requests for the same main. issue, call constantly, ask at office, make appt. with manager to ask about any main. issue. A while ago the office had a promotion that if you gave the Apartments a rating (good I assume), you would get a $5 gift card to 7-11. I have never wanted to give this review because I like some of the staff, but people move here and then right out--you can break your lease because they don't fix anything, but what a hassle. I will move when I can afford it. I know others have had it a lot worse and moved out. Do not move here if you have children, it is not safe.

DO NOT MOVE TO TRASHCAN APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN AND SUFFERING!If I could give zero or even negative stars I would.The only good thing I can think of about this place is it's right down the street from my job.EVERYTHING else is awful and inhumane.Started off as my front door won't shut all the way, matter of fact, NONE of the doors in my apartment work properly; they either get stuck where I can't open them or they won't shut at all, as if this apartment internal structure is sinking. aspenplace even sent emails, on 9/29/2022, letting us know they were doing a key audit and I was excited about that, maybe they'll notice our front door doesn't shut and won't lock all the way. It's now 10/20/2022, almost a month and there's no word about our situation or no sign of help anytime soon.Next, there are no outside lights or security cameras outside the apartment where I live, I hear people yelling outside and all sorts of activity in the middle of the night. That doesn't make me feel safe plus the front door not closing and locking properly.Last but not least, I had my first exposure to bed bugs here. I reported and ask the landlord for help. I was told they we contacting someone. Four days have passed since help was required and they sure seem to be taking their sweet time meanwhile I'm getting eaten alive and having allergic reactions to all the bites on my arms and legs.Update: Aspen is the worst place I have ever lived, said they would compensate us because we had to throw away our bedbugs infested bed so we did and once the bedbug service was done, I sent my receipts to Jamie Lewis, the director of this trashy complex. I was told throwing away the bed wasn't necessary and the possibility of reimbursement was slim then she never contacted me again. I am in search of a lawyer to sue Aspen. Sure you wanna experience this?I CANNOT wait for the lease to be up so I can leave this filthy trashcan apartment.Like I said, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! CHEAP RENT IS NOT WORTH THE PAIN TO YOUR physical and mental health!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! me, and my boyfriend have been here a little over two months and I wish we would've move somewhere else. It is horrible. originally we were in one apartment it wasn't one of the renovated ones and the stairs alone were horrendous. There was a broken one that me and my boyfriend have both fell through. The management is changing every month it seems like they moved us into a different apartment because of all the stuff that happened in the last one and our dishwasher doesn't work mind you this is a renovated one. There's no silverware holder in the dishwasher. Our AC barely works. when we moved to a different apartment, they said that there would be people to help us move. There was nothing they had three days for us to move an entire apartment. Do not live here. It is not worth your time and money. it's cheap, but it's cheap for a reason there was a car that had been shot at in the middle of the night and caught on fire it was completely gutted I don't feel safe here these are not livable conditions. oh, and also in our first apartment two days after us moving in a cabinet fell off.

I have not had any problems. If there was an incident or error, as of me living here, the issue was solved quickly. This is my first apartment. I live alone. No kids, just school. I really must say that these apartments are good asl, they are absolutely clean, quiet, responsive, and efficient. At least for me, the experience has been calm and enjoyable. Thank you Aspen Place for giving me a home!

Absolutely awful! Please do not apply for residence here! These apartments are old, outdated, and no matter how many "updates" they do, the awful, loud, and extremely rough tenants outweigh all of it! I spent almost two years here. Two years filled with noise, fighting, drug addicts fighting the air outside my apartment window, women chasing men with knives AND guns, men stabbing other men, and the list goes on! I could no longer stay apartment so I took the proper measures to leave. What did they do? They locked my items up ILLEGALLY, and gave me no notice of doing so. I just walked to my door and BOOM, locks changed! The apartment was moldy, nothing ever got fixed. Poor ventilation, and it goes on and on!

First off these ppl NEVER answer the phone. They screen calls and never call ppl back I've literally seen them look at the phone and not answer. There's a hole in my ceiling from water that randomly leaks From above me. My air conditioner barely works and I don't have hot water in my kitchen and never have since i moved in. I keep seeing bugs crawling around and I've NEVER had any bugs before im certain that they came from this refrigerator they brought from another apt. Yes I've mentioned all of this to them and they say their gonna fix it and I'm still waiting 3 months later so...JUST DONT DO IT everything that's cheap isn't good . Horrible

Do NOT rent from Aspen Place Apartments. I've moved out now but I have so many grievances with this apartment complex. I started renting there in May of 2020 because of COVID. It was one of the mid range options financially that was still close to people I knew. (570 a month with water and sewage included). Moving in I already had problems. The leasing staff was rude and didn't want to give me the time of day, the lights in the kitchen didn't work, and the dishwasher wasn't even functional. I called maintenance about the lights and dishwasher, never saw anyone for lights, and they came out twice for the dishwasher with no success. The dishwasher still didn't work when I left. Then my A/C started freezing and dripping into the apartment below, someone came up and messed with it but still didn't fix the problem. My downstairs neighbor was threatening me and another neighbor with a hammer and a gun, police were called, nothing came of it. According to the lease they should have been evicted but I had to live another 6 months with the hostile neighbor knocking on my door at least once a week. The neighbor next to me was evicted 3 months into my 12 month lease and her apartment was broken into. It sat open with people going through her things and squatting in there for the remainder of my lease. They had only just gone out to look at it when I was moving out. The top half of the door is thin glass and there are 3 locks for the door that are EASILY accessible if one of the panes is broken. There was mold growing in the sink downstairs and dog poop smeared on the walls next door, I could hear people in the abandoned apartment throwing stuff around, I called the health department and they did nothing because "they weren't permitted to enter without the landlord's permission" I also was issued 2 leases, one online and one paper. Both had different move out dates. They shut off the water without notice too many times to count and then they shut it off for almost a week (they gave notice AFTER the water shut off.) If I could, I would give negative stars. Please, look somewhere else. For your own safety and health.
