We have lived here for 5 years. This is a fair and honest review. All of the previous google reviews that mentioned these same problems I will here were seemly wiped clean. Move in at your own risk. Want to take a walk? Be prepared. The place is rat and mice infested and the property is filled with their carcasses in the grass and sidewalks. The property is covered in trash and broken glass and animal feces from lazy owners. Want to use your back porch? Be prepared... not to. Our neighbor's animal defecates on the porch and it is never cleaned despited repeated requests to the neighbors and notifications to the leasing office. The dog's waste drains and rolls into our porch that we pay for but cannot use. This is a repeat problem for multiple tenants throughout the complex. Want to go to work? Walk out with bags over your kicks because sewage regularly leaks in front of the units. Need to bring groceries into the house? Better strong arm them bad boys, because in the two minutes it takes to put bags inside your unit and turn back around, your vehicle will be stolen from. Expect your cars and your neighbor's cars to be regularly broken into for months on end. Mailboxes have been broken into for the last 4 of 5 years on a regular basis. Need to use the laundry room? Be prepared to walk in cat and dog feces and urine on the floor. Expect your neighbor to steal your electricity overnight. Expect the leasing office to contact OG&E and shut off your unit's electric account instead of the neighbor that was evicted for theft. Searching for a safe place for your family? Look no further! They added a fence without installing the gates to keep tenants safe. Expect drive by shootings all the way in the grass up to your unit door. Expect your next door neighbor to shoot into your unit unprovoked and leave a 6" diameter hole in your wall--or your family. Expect maintenance to just waltz into your apartment unannounced. Let's hope you're decent! Expect them to write your maintenance order as complete when they figure out you changed the locks so they can't just come and go as they please. The fence and background checks are super awesome and effective! Having a maintenance issue? Expect 2-24 months for repairs to be acknowledged and approached. About 9 months on average. Do not expect them to be completed or actually fixed when they finally come around. Good luck on your maintenance emergencies, like your apartment flooding from your neighbor's pipes bursting and water heater breaking. Nobody has ever responded to emergency calls on the emergency line over the entire 5 years of our stay. Need your AC fixed? It will take them 2 months to hire a new crew to fix an issue in 10 minutes that their original AC repair contractor can't or won't figure out over the course of 2 entire months in the dead of summer. Enjoy your new 90-109 degrees home! Our "fully renovated" apartment has remained unchanged since it was built, down to the original 1970s refrigerator and stove, (which did not work but were surprisingly replaced) and the unit is falling apart inside and out. Our "fully renovated" apartment has not been painted and only primed beyond cabinets and doors. There is paint and primer in the carpet and hard flooring. The only window that closes all the way is the kitchen window. If you're still thinking of moving in, check out the lease! It hasn't even been proofread; that law-binding document we signed was full of grammatical and spelling errors. Its bananas. The leasing office repeatedly lost our lease over the course of 2 years along with every other tenant in the complex that autodrafted rent payments. The leasing office put eviction notices on everyone's door in response instead of notifying tenants management changed yet again and they lost all of the leases. Then they lost the new lease. Leasing office staff changes every 6 months.I truly don't like to say this; this apartment complex is vile; It has rapidly devolved into a slum over the course of the last 5 years.Good luck to tenants. Good luck to Ashley park.

I lived on the side not facing the highway. They just recently blocked my on FB and Google. They tried to get me on prorated after I moved in when we discussed no prorated rent. Ceilings leak. Gnat problems. I had issues with the mailman so my electric and water bills got behind two months. When I moved in they did a poor job cleaning. I vacuumed the floor two times and emptied dog hair from previous tenants. They were aware of me being paid the 23rd of each month. But they decided to give me 5 days notice all because I was late in the water bill 2 months. And then have the nerve to charge 4k on clean up and everything when I left the place tidy. They don't care about you once you sign them papers. A murder happened across the street from me. There's always a police presence there every day. And homeless druggies always digging in the garbage. Along with Dogs running around freely.
