Ascend Apartments

I applied for the apartment a three bedroom, which looks better than they did a couple of years ago talked with the manager Devon, who was a great help and got everything set up for me to move in. Then he went on vacation and everything went South the regional manager came in Reran everything and told me the day of my move that I was not allowed to move in at 9 AM on the morning I was to move in to the apartment I was told no that was after change of address change of utilities service to be cut off at the current residence so not only do I not have a place to move into now my life is in total chaos due to everything being transferred and shut off and the only thing I was told was until the contract is signed they have the right to refuse. I do not recommend at all it might be a new fresh coat of paint a new faces, but it's the same old same.

The entire complex is infested with rats and mice for at least a year. Majority of residents have already left to do this issue as well as 3 feet The holes across the complex which have been there for a few months water being shut off every couple of days heat going out every couple of days. And construction work that goes on till 11 PM at night. And more.
