Array of Flowers & Gifts

I needed a bouquet for my sister in law who had just had my nephew. i didn't have time to call ahead or even to look at their website. I walked in told them what I could spend and told them what it was for and got a small, but beautiful arrangement for $40. I work in the floral industry and considering I am familiar with what is normally charged for flowers and what I received, I was very pleased. It was obvious that what they put together was worth a lot more than what I actually paid. I've used them several times since then and have ordered both over the phone and on the website and have never been disappointed. I have found that it's best to get arrangements from them in a container versus something loose or wrapped. I'm not sure if it was a difference in designers or the time of year, but each time I requested an arrangement in a vase or container, it was a lot better than the ones I have ordered loose or wrapped.

I ordered an bouquet for my daughter's birthday and looked at their website and chose an arrangement that had purple and white flowers as purple is my daughters favorite color. The lady who took the order was very pleasant and professional and told me the flowers would be delivered before lunch. They were delivered on time and my daughter sent me a picture of the flowers. It was a pleasant bouquet and was just ok but there were no purple flowers, no white flowers. The original picture showed what I call a Lily (white ones) and lavender purple carnations. What she got was light pink daisies and a darker pink carnations...but it was in a purple vase. I realize that the florist may not have had the exact same flowers as the picture but it would have been really nice if they had at least been purple and white flowers. My daughter said it was pretty but to be honest, she really doesn't like pink. I spent $85 dollars on this and didn't even have one purple flower in it. That was the whole idea of ordering those colors. I realize this is a family owned business and I'm sure if I was there in person I could have chosen the flowers I wanted but seeing that I live in another state, that wasn't an option.Below you can see what was ordered and what she got. Not a single purple flower in what she got. The bouquet she got looked like an arrangement you would send to someone who just had a baby girl! Not the caliber of flowers I expected for $85

I had these flowers delivered on Valentine's Day to one of my best friends. She is a kindergarten teacher and I wanted her to feel loved on "love " day. When I called the florist I explained that she was a teacher and single and I just wanted her to feel special. Well as you can see they did a great job . My friend loved them and so did the kids in the classroom. Thank you

This is a family owned florist and they are just the nicest, sweetest people! They have helped me out in a pinch on several occasions when I've needed something short notice and have always been nothing but gracious! I would highly recommend them!

This is a wonderful florist who can be counted on for fresh flowers and exactly what you ordered. Our son ordered a wristlet corsage and a boutonnière for a Winter Ball. Both were exactly as he asked them to be and were beautiful.

I ordered a Singing Mylar Balloon Bouquet for 40.00. I also added extra balloons and bought a monkey to hold the balloons the total cost was 81.00. I was disappointed with the overall look of the balloon bouquet it looked cheap. I think I would have been better off to put one together myself at the dollar tree. I probably should have stayed with the flowers!!!

Very happy with how everything turned out with my sons candy bouquet for Halloween! It looked wonderful! The lady I spoke with was very helpful and attentive to my needs and sent my a picture beforehand! I loved Array of Flowers and couldn't ask for much better. I will be using them again!!

I live out of State. And wanted to send flowers to a love one for Valentine's Day. I needed for the arrangement to reach it destination at a specific time. Not only did Array of Flowers deliver it on time! The bouquet was exceptionally beautiful! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm very impressed with there level of service. Ruined my Valentine's Day this year to my wife. I called 2 days in advance to make sure they would make delivery on Valentine's Day and they said no problem at all. When my wife arrived home I asked her how she liked her flowers because I've never ordered from Array of Flowers before. She didn't get them. The next day I called to ask what happened and they said would find out and call me back. About an hour later my wife called and said the flowers just showed up. So I called back to tell them heck no it's a little late now and that's when it all started. They rushed those flowers up there so they wouldn't have an excuse to refund my $71.00 in flowers. No apologies at any time and refuse to refund for their mistake. Actually hung up on me when asked to make this right. These people are the absolute worse business I've ever dealt with.
