Argon Apartments

My experience so far has been great! The complex and the apartment has a clean modern aesthetic. Jade is the leasing office was professional and helped me move in quickly. Gated parking garage. Overall highly recommend!

Lived at Argon for 2.5 years. The staff was always friendly and easy to work with. Pool is absolutely fantastic. Great amenities overall, would highly recommend to anyone!

The team at Argon is awesome and the building is very dog-friendly!Had some issues with our unit in the year we lived here, but Josh worked with the property management company to resolve them.

Awful complex, awful management, and awful quality of living.I've had to deal with homeless people trying to get into the complex at night, cars being broken into, SO MANY maintenance entrances (30+ in 1 month to fix a leak) and one time they entered without being home, after I specifically left a note. I work from home so the amount of work I was unable to get done real messed up my income. Too bad, the management wouldn't care either way. Save your money and live elsewhere. Hoping this place is bought by a management group who can actually run it correctly.These are not luxury, only luxury priced for a awful area. Bad parking, (only 1 entrance to the complex) packages stolen, and various other things are just a few more reasons I'd never live here again.

It's currently January 16th and the fire alarms have went off twice so far this year. Argon states they cannot fix the issue. Went off for over 10 minutes this week!! During the time of fire alarms going off Argon had zero response and manager then refused to to discuss the issue with me a tenant about the disturbance. Last year the fire alarms went off over 10 times throughout the year multiple times going off throughout the middle of the night and early morning without any remorse or course of action from management. Currently counting the days to moving out of this sorry excuse for an establishment and management team

I have had an Apartment with Argon in OKC now for over 4 years. I have experienced the good and bad that come with apartment living but the one consistent is how truly customer service centric the Team is there. I know there has been significant turnover and it can lead to problematic customer service, however, I have found just the opposite, as the Ladies and Gentlemen there have been very accommodating and welcoming. I travel often and feel safe with the ARGON Apartments there in OKC!

Zero stars. Treat tenants like garbage. Management is a joke. Maintenance likes to come on in whenever they want without any notice.

I am a current resident and There have been multiple maintenance issues. And m tie mornings I have woken up without water. Well when it finally came back on this morning this was my drinking water. For a newer build there are a lot of issues

As a current 3 year resident of Argon, I can't wait for my lease to expire soon. I couldn't stress enough NOT to live here based on my experience. What once was a peaceful and clean environment has VERY quickly turned to the opposite. Crime, trash, lack of general upkeep and even aggressive breed dogs to name a few personal favorites. Possibly great for a young tenant that doesn't care about the things most adults do when deciding where to live.

There are so many problems with this property that it would be virtually impossible to describe them all. But let's try; the air conditioning in the club room, library, and work out facility has been out over three months in the middle of the summer. Not a week goes by without at least one elevator sometimes multiple elevators not working. The hallways or common areas on all floors are filthy and trash is left in the hallways for extended period of time allowing for maggots to form in the bags. The grilling area has never been properly cleaned and you have to use the grills at your own risk as they flare up and it almost impossible to control the heat. The controller for the music and TV and the grilling area has been broken for over a year and a half. Since I've lived here there have been at least 15+ false fire alarms. The water to the building has been shut off numerous times. Most recently we were told not to drink the water for over two weeks with very little communication during that time! It took over two weeks to change out a lightbulb and swap out a refrigerator. But, not without their maintenance person aggressively and verbally creating a hostile environment in my apartment. Which carried over into the managers office at which point he tried to crush me with a door. My vehicle has been broken into along with many others in the parking garage and outside parking areas. There is also a big problem with packages being stolen from in front of peoples doors. Just to be clear these issues I brought up or just the tip of the iceberg with regards the to this property. The issues in this post have not been resolved the statement by the ownership was posted minutes after this review. just a blanket response to negative reviews! Your maintenance person assaulted me in your managers office. So I think I'll take a rain check with regards to meeting with y'all, Maybe you should resolve the assault that took place rather than just respond to this review!
