11:30 arrival 12:15 finish after taking my time to share local experiences with yelp-nation.Steak omelette was dialed in, the coffee is the best I've had in town and service was dialed in again. Still waiting to see the bottom of a water glass or coffee mug...it's just uncanny.Quickly becoming my goto after having my slate cleaned on a Sunday morning.Appears 1230 is when it starts getting busy.Cheers

Been a frequent patron of this establishment for over four years now, sadly I will never go back not because of the food but the horrible customer service. There was a mistake on a to go order which was fine, its Sunday at noon and its busy.. However I called to let them know of the mistake and got a return call from a manager to not offer a solution but to say that we were wrong and the cooks were right which is completely incorrect. We placed the order on the phone, the lady read everything back correctly, when we picked it up it was wrong. Of course my wife and I didn't realize this until we got home to eat. Anyway the "manager" offered a 99 cent refund on the missing Ingredients from my order which is a slap in the face for messing up the entire order in the first place. I will be sure to spread the word to coworkers that this place is awful and does not care about their customers. Veronica if you're reading this I hope you learn to not talk to your customers in that disrespectful tone of voice you gave my wife and I. Learn from this and move on.

Stopped here on our way back to Dallas for breakfast with a party of 7. Despite the amount of people waiting, we only had to wait about 5 minutes to be sat. The staff was extremely nice and the coffee was 10/10. The pancakes were also some of the best I've ever had. Not a single drink went empty at our table. I will definitely return next time I come to Altus!

Classic-go to diner. Fantastic breakfast when you want something homey but don't want to cook. The ladies that work here are lovely and attentive

I think we came at the wrong time. It was just after the breakfast rush. I'm allergic to eggs and there wasn't a variety to choose from.? I ordered pancakes, but they tasted like cake batter turned into pancakes. Incredibly dry, thick and overly sweet. My coffee was filled once and the waitress never came back. We had to go to the cashier and she had to find our ticket. On the positive side, it was clean.

Food here is awesome! The only good breakfast place in town. I see the owner cleaning up alongside the servers often. Good food and good vibe
