Apple Village Manufactured Home Community

I came into the office and saw that there was another person there before me. The nice lady said she would be with me as soon as she could and offered me something to drink. I didn't have to wait to long. (Austin) showed me around explained everything to me and answered all my questioned, she seemed to know the business well and was so very pleasant. I was quite impressed with the area and how well maintained it was. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet area for the low income person. And I'd also recommend them to speak with Austin she will make them feel welcomed and right at home.

They just want your money they don't care at all if you travel for work it's a terrible place they'll charge you 75 to weed eat if you don't do it i understand they want to keep it spic and span but if you see this place the standard they hold you to but don't hold themselves to is ridiculous

Great park, very kind managers, and a quiet place to live. Been an occupant for over 18 months, never had any issues, and everyone is always accommodating! Highly recommend!

They do not hold themselves to the same standards they try to hold their tenants to. Hypocritical dirt bags always out to charge their tenants for any and everything. Miserable experience living here due to management. Do not get suckered like me. Can't leave without a lawsuit or paying multiple years of lot rent. They also bribe for 5 star reviews so dont trust those. ​

If you are thinking about moving into Apple Village...Don't do it!! KEEP CHECKING OTHER PLACES. I have been here almost 2 years. In my opinion,anyone can give reviews, do they lived here?? I'm just wondering. Most of the people who lives here weren't bother with it.... We stay away from the office & lived our life...90% of the people fixed their own problems because we know it will never get done. It would go into one ear out another. I was told not to even bother with the office, It weren't get anything done...do it yourself or hired someone. Of course, I had already been here awhile. I usually do things myself or pay Someone to do it. I am completely disable & having to deal with all of these dramas from Apple Village isn't good for anyone, especially someone who is very sick. I have to go to the doctors on weekly basics, on cancerMedications....ETC. typing this review hurts my deforming wrists & fingers so bad but I felt it's very important for people to know about Apple Village. ....I stay in serve pain all day & nite. I would give a kidney not to hurt for 5 mins. I can't remember what it felt like not to hurt!! I had to cancelled most of my appointments in the last 3 weeks due to stressed, more unbearable pain, can't get out of bed most of the time from serve pain on my back. I have been flared up with pain from the stress & they are still lying about it & causing more health issues. My neighbors can hears me screaming in pain in my sleep or can hear me scream trying to get out of bed. Yes, It's that bad for me.Apple Village Employees knows all the problems with my health & so does the district manager. They are still dragging their feet about the issues they have caused. It would have cost $20-$25 to fixed the outside electrical outlet instead of letting it go. I weren't have a FIRE starting inside my Trailer. What if I was asleep, at the doctor's appointment ( my little dog????) what would they tell my family??? They didn't have $25???To be continue...,

Sent workers onto a property and passed out fliers that had signs posted "No Soliciting "and is Private Property. Then the workers lied to management to what they were doing. All that free stuff you offer on your flier, will cost you in the end. This is not a professional way to conduct your business And very deceitful.

This community is very pleasing. I lived here with my sister for about a year. The staff in the office is so nice and helpful. The only annoying thing about this place was sometimes it was kind of loud, but it got handled pretty quickly. I thought that overall this neighborhood was pretty nice and was respectful.
