For the price, they did a good job. My only complaint would be one broken item. We had a large framed antique map that was dropped on its back as it was being moved out of the truck at our new home. The mover who was handling it said the wind had caught it and he lost control of it. Thankfully, only the glass needs to be replaced, and we did get insurance, but the insurance process itself seems like a pain. Basically, we pay for the replacement glass upfront and the insurance reimburses us up to $300, which they will likely try to get out of paying because, well, that's what insurance companies do.

DO NOY USE THIS COMPANY! Despite our initial agreement, the experience was marred by several issues that resulted in significant delays and additional costs.Initially, the moving team arrived at our home in Yukon instead of the designated storage unit in Edmond. Furthermore, the team consisted of an older man and woman, which seemed inadequate for a 3-bedroom home move. We had packed most of our belongings, but the team's pace was slow, with frequent breaks, including multiple smoke breaks in the U-Haul. She was carrying pillows out ONE AT A TIME! Given the hourly rate of $139, I was expecting a more efficient and professional service. After five hours, we decided to go to the new house, as the progress was unsatisfactory. Notably, your company had assured us that you would disassemble and reassemble furniture, including couches and beds. However, this was not done, and we were left to complete these tasks ourselves. They did our master bed together BACKWARDS. We had paid a deposit of $154 and an additional $600 on the day of the move. However, the service provided did not meet our expectations. When we brought this to your attention, you offered to deduct only one hour from the total bill as compensation.You sent the same man out to move our storage but this time with a young man. The young man was great and they got the entire storage unit loaded, unloaded and a bed put together in 2.5 hours. That's when he took off the one hour. The owner is a completely unprofessional jerk, as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I would strongly recommend not using these guys. The movers themselves were great but Randy Fields of Yukon Oklahoma is dishonest. They charged me twice for the move and gave me the runaround on a refund which I still have not received. The move took place in January. I have been given every excuse in the book. Refunds been made, check has been mailed from Atlanta, refund made to wrong account, etc.

If you value your property at all, DO NOT use this company, because they do not. They stepped on my furniture, broke furniture, scratched my floors. I couldn't stand to watch it. In addition, you can tell they are paid by the hour and move at a snails pace. I have moved many times in my life and this experience was awful. I've never had it take so long. NEVER AGAIN!!

I hired this company to move my family recently. They were set up to be at my house between 9 and 10am on moving day. At 10:30am I gave them a call because nobody had shown up. The "CEO" Randy Franklin explained that they were running about 4 hours late and that according to his computer, they should be finishing up where they were and should be to me by 1pm. I understand in the moving business, this happens, but in my opinion you should communicate this to the customer especially since moving is a time sensitive thing. 3pm rolls around and still a no show. I try and call "CEO" Randy Franklin and get his voicemail. I call again immediately and get the voicemail again after 1 ring. I get my wife to call him and he picks right up. After he realizes he has messed up, he gives her the same "explanation" he gave me and says they will be there in 1 hour. A little after 9pm I get a call from the moving guys trying to find my house. Of course by that time I had already scheduled a reliable company to move us the next day after RNR wasted our entire day. After all of this, they try and charge me for a deposit, and refuse to refund it back. Mr "CEO" Randy Franklin is an absolute joke and snake, and I absolutely recommend nobody use RNR, Apple, or any one of the other 8 companies they apparently own.

Damaged over $5000 worth of items. Missing items since they put other people items in the same truck they were not suppose to according to their promises. Insurance fake. Address fake. I advise everyone to try to look up address or ask them where you can meet them you won't find one. Dispute P.O box fake. Email provided over phone fake. Just acts like a child gets mad and hangs up. Filing police report how can someone operate a business in this way? Had to throw out beds due to fungus.
