My parents bought a new refrigerator. Anthony's contracted the delivery and installation. Shortly after the installation my parents noticed the floor was wet. Once we figured it was coming from the new fridge we contacted Anthony's. They sent the contractor back out and they fixed the leak, however, Anthony's and the contractor both deny any wrong doing on their part. It's a shame all involved will not stand behind their workmanship. I assure you, we will NEVER buy from Anthony's again.

The installer had worked for Anthony's for 30 years and he was knowledgeable and a complete professional. Our salesman "Bill" gave us a competitive price and was super helpful. Our whole transaction was completed over the phone with the help of their web site... We will look forward to doing business with them again.

We called Anthony's to come fix our dryer because the heating element went out. The first time they came over it took the technician about 45 minutes to take the dryer apart and pull the old element. The only issue was the element.When the tech came back to install the element (close to quittin time) it only took him like 10 minutes to put the new element in and re-assemble the dryer. We thought something didn't seem right about that...The dryer heats just fine now, but he obviously didn't put it back together properly because now it is unbelievably LOUD like an old car on its last leg. That was NEVER an issue until the guy got in there tinkering around. So we paid over $200 to have a dryer that sounds like it is about to blow up. This dryer is only about a year and a half old.Would not use these guys for any kind of repairs. We are so frustrated we just decided to buy a new LG at Best Buy.

I just got off the phone with their parts department. The young woman I spoke with was very helpful. They did not have the part I needed, and she couldn't find any part that she could order either, but she found a website where I might be able to special order the part I need. She gave me the website address, and I was able to enter my information and make the order myself.

We have used Anthony's twice and have been pleased. My wife did comparison price shopping for an induction stove top and a convection oven and the had the best prices. I just bought a washer and dryer. Again the price was good and they deliver and set up same day or next day.

I called these people because they installed my previous microwave and I needed another one because the part for this one was no longer available. They said it was available and sent a guy out who told me it was not available and wanted me to order a part online which I didn't want to do because of no guarantees and he couldn't find one online anyway. He charged me $95.00 for this and Anthonys said they would take $50.00 off a new microwave that they had to order which I am pretty sure they just added to the price of the new one. Very dishonest and unprofessional.

We were desperate to have our double wall oven replaced days before Thanksgiving. We went to the big box warehouse stores and everywhere in between. Anthony's was the only store to come through for us! And we got an amazing pre- Black Friday sale price for a premium appliance! Many thanks to Wes our salesman who made our problem his own!

Great Customer Service. I had a dryer go out on me and the level of service customer service rep to the repair tech was top-notch. I will be buying from them again in the future.

I've bought all my appliances from Anthony's since 1993! Their repair service is outstanding. They are low-pressure sales persons. I recently bought a new fridge & Wes was very helpful.Every purchase experience with Anthony's has been great

We had an issue with our electric wall oven after my wife ran it through a cleaning cycle. The oven would not heat, I checked the thermostat and the elements all were good. I then found the possible issue online. I made an appointment with Anthony's and explained my problem. The repair man came and asked a few questions and then proceeded to pull the oven out and reset the overtemp sensor. He also moved the sensor per a technical bulletin to an area where it should not "pop" during a cleaning. He explained it all and also showed me how to easily remove the oven door.The charges were very reasonable and we are back in business.
