Amy Cakes

Every year I attend at least a dozen weddings- and generally find the cake to be gross- some dry, flavorless fondant covered nonsense that for reasons unclear to me everyone is raving about. I always wonder why people could spend such absurd amounts on something that tastes so bad.My sister used Amy Cakes for her weddings and it is honestly the only time I have ever had a wedding cake that was amazing. Without question the best wedding cake I've ever had in my life- so moist, so flavorful, and they can do a stunning beautiful cake without using fondant! My sister had several things she wanted all in one cake and they were able to accommodate it- they also are able to do a full dessert bar for a very reasonable price point.In addition to making a wonderful product- Amy and her team were really wonderful to work with- so nice and professional- and actually helped us handle some not so nice or professional people we had to work with for her wedding. Wedding are so stressful and chaotic and they are total pros at knowing how to handle everything.

Where do I even begin!! From the initial call, I was so impressed with Mirandas customer service and truly caring about what I wanted. She went over everything with me and was extremely patient and helpful. And the cake?? The cake was absolutely beautiful AND delicious!! Amy has a passion for what she does and it shows in the details and deliciousness of her cakes! I will be using Amy's Cakes for all my future cakes!

Just now getting to writing a review. But tried to get in contact with them about needing a cake and they messaged me back 4 months later. Beautiful cakes and work but I am not at all impressed in how long it was until they responded.

Amy is INCREDIBLE! So very creative and her cakes are to die for. She did our wedding cake which turned out beautifully and our golf themed grooms cake. The best part of working with Amy is that she can pick up what you put down. All she needs is a basic idea of the cake's design elements and she goes above and beyond to create something amazing! 5 stars for you and your team

I didn't get to try the goods due to overbooking which is understandable. I'm sure the products would have been amazing but the customer service was terrible. I was made to feel like a burden or annoyance for even calling to inquire and was quickly passed off to other bakeries. Referrals are greatly appreciated but was treated rudely when I had questions or was not prepared to write down information. I have no doubt that the products I wanted would have been wonderful but because of the way I was treated, I will never get to know.

The cakes were exactly what my daughter and her fiance envisioned. And the taste of both of the flavors were amazing. They were beautiful. Arrived on time. And even came with a cutting knife as we forgot that one very important aspect. oops! They were easy to work with and easy to state what we wanted and check it off of our to do list. Amy Cakes was an absolute dream to work with! Our daughter just got married, and Amy and her staff, were just wonderful. Amy was so patient in answering all my millions of questions. Without doubt Amy Cakes is the best wedding cake ever! She baked our daughter's wedding cake for her wedding this past weekend and couldn't have been more pleased! Amy Cakes even provided a small gluten free cake as well. We had the simple white wedding cake with buttercream icing, it was so delicious!EVERYONE came up to me, asked where the cake was from and said it was the BEST CAKE they'd ever had!

We can't thank Amy and her staff more for their incredible service and support of our wedding. They were patient, professional, cheerful, and went overboard to make sure they captured our vision for a cake. Not only did the cake look good, but it tasted great. I'd order another cake from them just to have one, wedding reception or not, haha! Their pricing was more than fair and Amy was personally involved in the process. That said, her staff was and is tremendous. I cannot recommend her strongly enough. She can handle anything and is definitely the calm in the storm, haha! Thanks to her and her staff for making our wedding such a tremendous success.

Best Damn Cake in The State. No Question. Amy is the best of the best, and her team is incredible! Wouldn't get a cake anywhere else!
