The lovely ladies at Car-Mart were so helpful and understanding of getting me into the right car, they even stayed after closing hours to help me finalize my insurance and payment details. Would definitely recommend!

Buyer Beware!!! Keep going don't buy from this CARMART thiis dealership is the worst . There cars are not worth a dime . I bought a car last year I don't have it now the vehicle kept having problems it would not hold gas . I kept calling the dealership for help the ownership changed hands several times no one ever called back. I would drive out to another CARMART in EL RENO that treated correctly wished I had bought from them . Also. my son bought a car from them but he got in a car accident a month after having his car and did not want to purchase another car from CARMART after seeing how my situation went. Please stay away from EDMOND Carmart!!! They sell cars that are lemons my NISSAN Altima 2012 was. Take your money elsewhere so you can get a car that will stay on the road .I eventually had some money issues and the car is back with them but it was not fixed . I am a Oklahoma teacher that was sold a lemon car by this establishment. Please keep looking before going to this CARMART.

Do not recommend you buying a car from this company they do not keep their word . I referred a friend he bought a car there after I bought a car there no referral money ever came my way .Now they're Under New Management ...They can't find anything on the referral... if you do buy a car there make sure you check it out real good .

The GM at this location will not work with me at all! When I first bought my truck from them they said they would replace the camshaft sensor and they replaced one, the GM said that the mechanics diagnostic that was sent over to them only had one camshaft sensor on it so they just replaced one! People are human they make mistakes but now he is not willing to change the other three and actually fix the issue! Then I lost my job two days after I bought the truck and I called to let the GM know what was going on and just asked him to reverse the whole thing, because I called corporate and they said that is at the GM's discretion. Well the GM would not reverse the loan, I told him that it would be the best bet for the both of us so he could resell the truck, he still would not do it! The GM then said you make all your special payments, which are payments that are higher then the normal payments if you did not put all the money down they they required for that vehicle, he said we would work with you after those payments are made. Well I have called the GM to let him know that I will need some help with my payments due to still not being able to find a job and in the middle of filling for disability and all he was willing to do was a LPA which is a late payment arrangement, which would put me further behind and make my next payment higher. How does that make sense when I am calling to tell you that I can't even make the full payment so how am I going to make almost a double payment! He absolutely will not do a CMA and make my payments lower for 2 months, that is all I asked for, he refused! I have called corporate at least 5 times and nothing is getting done about it, the area manager was suppose to call me at least three times and I never got a phone call from him! When I talk to corporate they say that all of these decisions are at the discretion of the GM, and he refused! I have made all my special payments plus some and still won't help! I think he picks and chooses who he wants to help, I have talk to the assistant GM and he said if it was up to him he would due to the fact that I have kept them in the loop on what's going on and have kept good contact with the dealership!

I went with my daughter for her to buy herself a truck. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had, truly. She has been driving by this place day after day dreaming of a truck that she saw there. She applied online, was preapproved, so we went in the following Saturday morning and drove out in the truck she had been dreaming of her whole life. Everyone there was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with anything we needed. The approval process was surprisingly easy, thorough and easy to understand explanation of all the documentation necessary to be signed, and lots of smiles and laughter all morning. It really was a great experience. Thank you to Janice, Johnny, Trevor and Ethan for making Rachel's dreams come true. I'm going to ditto this review everywhere because they deserve it!!!
