Im not one to write reviews but i felt the need to so we can warn others of this horrendous place. If we could vote no stars we would. I don't even know where to begin... My family and i needed a last minute place to sleep for the night and we decided to pick this awful place. for the price of around $50 you get a tiny room with an AC that only reaches about a foot & wasn't that cold either. It was humid so it made our room fill with a strange odor. We decided we would put up with it because it was already around 11:00 pm and we needed to be back on the road in a few hours.The next morning we wake up & EVERYONE IS COVERED IN BED BUG BITES! We do some more investigating around the room before we left and we found more bugs! I'm not too sure how we missed this but this is just unacceptable. I've stayed in places cheaper that are 100 times better then this. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Now we have to check all of our bags and clothes to make sure no bugs will be traveling back with us.

I just recently had an extended stay at this Inn and will be returning soon. Everyday I had clean towels and my room was cleaned. It's great to know you can still get great service even if you are not paying an arm and a leg. I recommend this Inn to anyone who needs a quiet place to lay their head at a great price.

i needed somewhere to stay while my house was being treated for mites. moneys a little tight and this place is $60 after tax a night... only reason i came here. i stayed in one room for 2 nights. at first i could hardly get the door open, but i did. the room smelled musty and i noticed it didn't even have the microwave or mini fridge like they told me on the phone. the floor was visibly dirty. i used my own sheets and blankets to sleep on top of theirs because the bed spreads and pillows were stained and dingy. the a/c unit was missing the face plate and looked disgusting i didn't even want to use it. there was no room phone in this room. then i go to the bathroom. the faucet is broken and sprays water every where. the shower head was touching my head and i'm only 5'4. also there was a cockroach. i somehow managed to sleep... the second day i go to do some laundry and i somehow get locked out of my room because the silver safety latch on the inside closed after i left. had to wait outside for an hour waiting for maintenance man. he was very nice though i appreciated his help. i had to unexpectedly stay one more night and requested a better room. i got the new room and it was cleaner, smelled better, but the bathroom door was broken so when taking a shower, it got the floor all wet. the towels all have random debris on them and don't feel clean. the mini fridge was leaking. the grass spots outside near the parking area has dog crap every where. trash on the walk ways. unsafe environment. i do not recommend staying here.

People were polite and friendly. Hotel was reasonably priced on a weekend when almost every other hotel in town quadrupled their prices. Only reason for 3 stars was the hot water was out. But they discounted our room because of it.

Reserved a room and was denied access for my psychiatric service dogs because they were not registered on a scam website. These owners need to update their understanding of Americans with disability act and what is required for service dogs and psychiatric service dogs. There is no legit registry for service animals and it is not required under the ADA. They're setting themselves up for a lawsuit denying service dogs because they're not registered with a scam website. Lobby smells of marijuana and cigarettes, I understand it's a smoking facility but the place has a horrid stench on top of everything else.

This place was a nightmare. Only gets 1 star because you have to in order to write a review.Full of "long term" "guests" who started drinking with multiple 12-packs at 2:00am around the pool. Another legitimate guest asked them to quiet down at 2:30 and was told to go back in his room, "we live here".I called the front desk starting at 3:00 (ultimately I called 3 times) asking them to do something and by 4:00 was told he was still waiting for "backup". Finally at 4:30 that group of 8 broke up then at 5:30 two more got together and started up again. I called the front desk again at 6:15 and was told there was nothing he could do since breakfast started serving at 6:00. These guys "breakfast" was two new 12-packs and Red Bull and a nice loud chat again at poolside. If that's your crowd, it's the perfect place to stay. If not, stay away from this place at all cost

If you new and looking for a clean motel run far away from here the only people who stay here stay here for a reason

The fact that I paid almost $500 for one week for a room where the so-called wood floor in front of the bathroom was chewed up torn up rotten and the shower stall leaked horribly because it was not maintenance properly the shower head sprayed water all the way to the ceiling and two places LOL. The owners seemed agitated and bothered if you even attempt to approach them with a concern or a question. I was even scoffed at and told to wait until the next day to pay for an extra night in the room because I had no other choice but to stay next tonight so I was told to come back the next day because the owner was too tired to do the paperwork. The owner and his wife both seem highly agitated and extremely easily agitated when asked for toilet paper, trash bags, ice bags ice buckets. And not only do they not provide all the amenities that they stayed in the advertisement but the amenities that they do provide are less than mediocre. The handle to flush my toilet was actually taped on with the electrical tape as well as my main light in the bedroom did not work and they refused to fix it. The beds are so old and have not been changed out since this was a motel 6 that you are literally laying on metal springs. The one and only thing I can say about this place is that they have some of the best employees I have ever met in my life who go above and beyond to take care of each and every guest as well as they can. The employees pretty much make up for the lack of proper ownership for the lack of cleanliness for the lack of functional amenities as in flushing your toilet. I was asking numerous times how many dogs I had with me when the entire time the owner knew exactly how many dogs I had with me and he kept trying to charge me for extra dogs that I do not have. The room I was put in was deemed the dog room. Honestly if I had a choice at the time I would not have even allowed my dogs to stay in here alone. The towels are stained the sheets are stained the bedding smells horrible I removed all bedding and returned it to the laundry room and used my own bedding. The housekeepers as sweet and lovely as they are did their very best to accommodate me all the way to the point where they gave me their own personal pals so that I didn't feel grossed out drying off with the same towel that look like it had wiped 20 floors Plus full of dog poop and mud. The property is not maintained as it should be I almost got hit in the head by falling concrete debris from the upstairs walkway. All in all the management and ownership here is deplorable, the rooms are deplorable yet cleaned to the best of the housekeepers ability with what they are given. There are no maintenance updates in this entire motel. The owner and his wife are rude demeaning and make you feel as though you are a burden rather than a guest. Unfortunately this is the only place I had to stay at the time being but never again in my life will I ever spend another penny to sleep on these beds and deal with the nonsense.

Do not stay!!! Run. Look elsewhere. Sleep in your car if you have to. First off, the pictures that they use to advertise this hotel is not accurate. I'm going out on a limb and say that this only depicts a few rooms. I travelled for OSU homecoming and there were no other hotels with vacancy. So unfortunately, I booked this hotel thinking the rooms advertised was the room I would get. I. WAS. WRONG. This is the most disgusting room ever. Stains all over the carpets. I checked for bed bugs, thankfully or luckily, I didn't see any. Cockroaches in the bathroom. I'm just glad I am current on my tetanus shot. On top of all that, I paid over triple than what was normal pricing. I don't understand how this "Inn" is still open.
