The fact that they will help out with your needs when it comes down to needing a groomer... when u can't get a groomer. No where. Thank u guys

I have taken my 2 fur babies to Greg for 2-3 years and have had only one complaint (bleeding nails) but after Wednesday's visit won't be back. Our female dog came home limping on her back paw (didn't send her into Greg's care like that) and took her immediately to our vet to find out she needs surgery for a cruciate rupture + lateral ligaments a cost of almost $3,000.00. Our male came home with a LARGE hole under his right armpit, which looks like he was cut with scissors. I guess someone was cutting matted fur away, but cut his skin.My husband and myself both called Greg and no one will take the blame. It is a teaching school...whatever, my dogs should not have to suffer for their negligence.

This place is not somewhere that you want to take your pets. We took our dogs there today, against my better judgement. We had taken them previously and one of my dogs, who has a skin condition which causes her to itch almost constantly, and she had a couple of nicks on her that were red. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to the fact that there are students there who are still learning. Our one dog only needed a nail trim, which went okay. However, our other dog, whose hair was so long after quarantine, was miserable so we gave them another chance since we couldn't get in anywhere else soon. I am posting pictures below to show you how bad it is. It just so happened that our dogs had vaccination appointments later this same day and the vet asked why she had so much razor burn on her body and if she'd had a haircut recently. We will NEVER go here again and encourage you not to as well. And on top of bad service, the man who is always there is quite rude. Consumer beware!

**posting on behalf of 80+ year old family member**I took my dog in for grooming. I picked him up and on my way home I notice some blood on my truck. When I got home I stoped the bleeding. They had cut him when trimming his toes. I called them to tell them about it and that I wasn't happy. He got angry with me. I finally hung up on him.Poor grooming service.Poorer customer service.Unacceptable

My mother's dog, Molly, was dropped off Saturday October 12 at 8am and wasn't finished until 6:30pm. Everything seemed fine until my mother got into her car and noticed a spot where Mollys fur was gone all the way down to skin. They did not inform my mother about this and said she was just like that which makes no sense and they did not care or admit any fault. Molly has been whimpering in pain. If I could make a report of animal cruelty I would. Will not ever recommend this place. Place needs to be shut down and retrain or fire the staff.

Second time taking our furry babies to American School of dog grooming.Drop off them both our poodles off at 7:30am. It took them 6 1/2 hrs. The place reeked of marijuana. Very unprofessional Chris the owner was very rude. Never again will we take our furry babies there.

Took my dog in for a bath and nail trim. I noticed she was limping when I got. home will never take her back. I feel she was mistreated.

I have been bringing my golden retriever here for a couple of times. Everyone is friendly and loves dogs. The students are learning how to groom and he always turns out looking good.

The guy at the front desk, the owner is very rude. I understand people call in but what's the purpose of an appointment? I dropped my dog off at 8:30am (a scheduled appointment) it is now 5pm & they still haven't started on him. They close at 6pm. & it's not just this time it's EVERYTIME so people calling in was just an excuse & The owner always acts rude & annoyed. I would NOT recommend! -10/10

Don't take your precious pet to this place. They cut my dog to his bone and used the excuse that he was matted. He was not matted at all!!! When he gave me my dog, I was in pure shock. He told me he didn't like the look on my face and that he needed to get back to work. No sympathy for my dog or me. My son was in shock too. We exited the business but I went back in to inform Greg I was going to write a review on him. This man started yelling at me and followed me out the door continued yelling until I drove off. This place should be investigated for this very inhumanity. I would be put in jail for animal abuse, why shouldn't he!
