All Phase Real Estate worked with me and got me in my apartment would no one else would. The staff there truly cares about their tenants. I've been a happy tenant for 5yrs now.

These are the worst people to deal with when looking for a house they don't know what they're doing they have you give them deposits when the application has not even gone through then they don't want to talk to you and say that they're done with you that all possible avoid this real estate company

This place is horrible only been in college park for a week and I have the biggest headache between trying to get this horrible smell out of this apartment and I pretty much had to beg to get the urine soaked carpet out of here, thanks to Michelle that I got that carpet out but it still smells bad and not to mention the cat that poops in front of your door and so you have to deal with flies everytime you open your door.

This is the worse property management company I have ever experienced. My brothers apartment at 43rd and Rockwell was broken into in the middle of the night. This would have never happened if this company had fixed his central air condition but no they put a window unit in his apartment. That a great way for a thief to enter any home. Then after the thief broke into his apartment and stole his television and other things they never came the same day and secured his apartment. My brother had to miss a day to make sure the thief didn't come back and take anything else or hurt his dog. They are the worse property management company and could care less about their tenants but they sure want their rent money on the due date. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY if you want a good safe place to live.

As a renter, I would not recommend Allphase Real Estate in Oklahoma City. I have rented from them for the past three years and have been disappointed by their lack of management service. Although I have waited patiently for repairs to be made, it usually takes months for them to respond. I have had plumbing issues, air conditioning and heating issues, appliances that do not work, and general upkeep of the property.The worst part about deal with this company is their lack of integrity and common business ethics. As a renter, I would recommend to find another property and management company. Sadly I love where I currently live, but am not willing to stay and deal with Allphase.

Alphase Real Estate is always helpful, and gets work orders done in a timely manner. The office staff is always so polite and professional.

I have rented from Allphase recently and I have to say their Professional Manner is outstanding. I appreciate how much they honestly care for the people renting from them! I would recommend anyone to Allphase to help find a place!
