She and her husband both did a great job, very easy to make an appointment with and they follow directions as to exactly how you would like your dog groomed. After the experience my dog was happy and excited and I could tell she really liked them both. I have already booked my next appointment.

Norma is THE BEST groomer! She is personable and professional. When I met her I could instantly tell she has a passion for what she does. My dog, who can be very scared of people he doesn't know, was very comfortable with Norma. He has the cutest hair cut of his life! All Paws gets 10 stars from me!

They never respond to appointment requests or fb messages and their phones are disconnected or they are "not accepting calls at this time." They also charged my credit card without any correspondence about an appointment.

I was recommended this groomer after I moved to Norman. I put a deposit down for my pets grooming and scheduled an appointment for 9:30am. They finally called me back and told me that the groomer was out to late the night before avg that they would be almost 2hrs late. That's not professional at all. I can not trust the well being of my pet to a person who cabby maintain a proper scheduling.

Booked them twice. They were late both times. The first time we had to reschedule due to their being an hour late. The second time they are late again. This time we message and ask if they are still coming and they say yes but we are going to charge you a 40 dollar reschedule fee for the first time that "they" where late. Which they only informed us of that as we were asking them if they were still coming. . We said no thanks. Can only give one star since they never actually did anything.

We scheduled a grooming for our dogs earlier in the week for today at 1:00 PM. After the groomer did not show up I called and was told they were not coming and would not be open until Tuesday. The reason, the bus had been in the shop for two days, wheels were broken, things were stolen, etc. I'm a very understanding person and I support small businesses; however, we changed our plans and planned our whole day around this appointment. What really disappoints me is that no one had the common courtesy to call us this morning or the day before to say "hey, this is what's going on, can't make it"! To add insult to injury, this happened a few months ago when we tried to schedule a time for our dogs. I'm angry and feel totally disrespected! Obviously other people's time is if no concern. My recommendation, find someone who is reliable and won't stand you up! I can spend my $150 elsewhere.
