The technician was thourough and walked through potentials with me as well as set me up with a few solutions for said potentials. He was professional and didn't talk down to me as I've had happen in the past. He told me multiple times how I was lucky to be alive and that if I didn't have a new unit (financed through his company) that I would never have another restful nights sleep. He turned in the report to my insurance company and they said that only a single part needed to be replaced. When I called to get a 2nd opinion or to understand what had happened the company refused to talk to me further unless it was to schedule an appointment. When I reported don for all the inappropriate comments they said they would investigate and nothing came of it. When I called today to get an update because I still do not have heat in DECEMBER they said the only people that could help me were the owners who are out of town and they didn't know when they would return. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE WORTHLESS AND YOUR TIME AND MONEY IS BETTER SPENT ELSEWHERE!

All Comfort was the contractor assigned by our home warranty. I filed a request and received a phone call within 30 min to schedule an appointment. The technician Don was prompt and communicated well with me via phone & text during the repair process. Repair was completed that day and my heat is running again! Thank you for the quick & efficient service!

Bought this central heat and air unit from them and first time we turned it in today it is not blowing out the vents. I called because it said they are open 24/7 but no answer. I left a message so we will see if I get a call back tomorrow. I do understand it was 9pm when we came home to realize it wasn't cooling the house so I called. Their sight says 24/7. Hope to hear from them tomorrow.I had worked fine till now.

Donald took great care of our AC! He was super nice, informative, and efficient. A+ for attitude as well because our property is not fun to work with PLUS we had a mountain of construction dirt for him to climb/work around; he continued on like a spider monkey! Thank you Donald for the cold fresh air and the added knowledge!

a minute agoThese people's came out to our house and said that our four year old account unit has some leaks and is low on refrigerant. American home shield called us saying it will be $700 fix had 2 code violations and r22 refrigerant. We opted for a second opinion and low and behold it was just low on refrigerant and it wasn't even r22 refrigerant to begin with . They overcharge and over estimate anything related to AHS so they can take a bigger cut. I would avoid this place like the plague.

They are unable to properly identify what is wrong with an AC, when something isn't right they will blame you or the insurance. Two months into their three months here, they caused a leak which damaged my ceiling, they refused responsibility and stated that i caused it. They are inept in filing paper work from the basic level of a customer receipt to forms needed by insurance. STAY AWAY!

The most horrendous service ever experienced. They were dispatched by the home warranty that was purchased when we bought our house. The techs onsite said the compressor was seized and said they entire unit needed to be replaced that replacing the compressor because R22 was no longer available would be much less efficient. They wanted me to agree to a "Deal" to replace the entire system at $14k. (But they tell the Home Warranty company it just needs a compressor replaced. So either they lie to you to get a sale at $14k or they lie to the home warranty company that its just a compressor repair so they can get more service calls when you decline the new unit)Two months later after I complained about it still not being repaired, suddenly the next day they scheduled the appointment to replace the compressor. They send two techs out, one Tech vented the R22 freon to the atmosphere instead of of using a recovery pump (Which I have on video). Called into the main office about the venting and they tried to say it was Nitrogen from previous tech. But that is a Lie as I was with the previous techs the whole time and once the compressor would not start they buttoned the unit up never recovered the freon and definitely did not fill it with nitrogen. Then when they found out the Compressor they brought was the wrong unit and could not do the repair, they then rescheduled the repair. The next tech (Which was one of the first Tech's that came out for the original call) came out and could not do the repair himself needing a second tech. (Somehow this was new info when they had sent 2 techs out to do the repair last time and this tech had already been onsite knowing it needed 2 people) So its been 3 months, heat pump still not repaired. Would never choose this service company for any work. Don't waste your time

Our A/C went out one day and we requested service. The company contacted us within four hours and scheduled service for the VERY NEXT DAY. The repair was completed within 24 hours of our call for help by an expert technician named Travis Perkins. Awful company to use.. probably the most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with! I don't even write reviews but if I can save one person the headache of using this company it's a win! One, you will NEVER see the same tech twice! They are ALWAYS in a hurry to either get home or go to another job! The fix things that weren't broken to begin with and will put you on the back burner to drag the job out.. If you call the dispatcher she will make you realize just how shitty this company is! But they will get to you when they get to you.. She will try to squeeze you in... Just do yourself a favor and skip this company.. I had to hire a local company to come and finish the job!

The technician came and said they sent the wrong crew and they had to get in the attic to see what the problem was and would be back Friday. Called to confirm appt. and Krista was very rude said the supervisor said they do not fix that item and to follow up with the the home warranty. The technician couldn't tell what was wrong, so how do they know they don't cover the item? I did not get anything to show what was done or what was wrong. The Horrible Service!!!! I would give them a 0 if I could.
