All About Gaming

We had an AWESOME experience on the game bus tonight!! The six kids all had a blast playing games, singing and even dancing. Customer service was amazing!! We had to reschedule due to weather and then the original Christmas light show we wanted to see was closed, but the owner was flexible and helped us find other options. The teenagers who work there were great, too!! I couldn't recommend them with more enthusiasm!

I have no idea how good or bad the actually party is. I have tried repeatedly to schedule my niece's birthday party through them. They don't return phone calls and every time you talk to them the person you talked to is no longer there according to the new person. I had a party schedule for this Saturday that I booked in June with them. When I finally got a hold of them they don't have me on the schedule and that they are double booked so I'm out of luck with my party that I have people coming for.

So disappointed saw a great deal for this place on Groupon. I wanted to talk to someone about booking a party before I actually purchased it but have tried for the last 3 days and can not reach anyone or get anyone to return my calls
