All About Flower Power

Such a disappointment. Granted, I called the day before Mother's Day because I found out that my gift to my mom was delayed (thank you supply chain), but this is not a $200 arrangement (and the roses were brown on the edges). Told the florist that I felt that I had been taken advantage of, the person answering the phone tried to put me on the phone to her supervisor, but that person didn't want to talk to me and instead just rattled off in the background that prices are higher for Mother's Day. I much prefer Flour & Flower for Oklahoma flower shops - they are honest about what they can deliver and what they can't.

I came in and asked for a small bouquet, with baby's breath and lavender colors, and they did not disappoint! Whipped this out in about 15-20 minutes which seemed quick to me! I absolutely love it, and for only $15! I will definitely be going back.The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the atmosphere was a little cramped and things seemed to be everywhere. It made me a little anxious. However, the staff was very kind to me and patient with my extremely limited flower knowledge.

Late last night I was reminded it was my best friends birthday, I got online and was able to order a beautiful arrangement of flowers, add special delivery instructions and they called to tell me the flowers had been successfully delivered. My bestie had already called so excited, she absolutely loved them. Thank you for such amazing quick service!

My wife has loved every bouquet I've gotten her from here. We've lived in 4 different states and this flower shop is the best bang for the buck we've experienced. The staff are friendly and make great custom bouquets, same day pick up can be available.

Paid $85+ (includes tax and other fees) on flowers. It's pretty don't get me wrong, but I don't think it's worth the money at all. I could have bought a ridiculous amount of flowers from Walmart and made it myself for half the price. Looks super pretty but you're much better off going to a different florist due to the amount of flowers you get for your money.

I called to order an arrangement and the from taking the order, confirming, sending me a pic prior to delivery and confirmation of delivery, the ladies at this shop are awesome.The floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful! They went above and beyond to meet my requests and I'm so pleased with the final result. Would absolutely use them again. Required minimal oversight and were a joy to work with. They managed to find all of the flowers I was requesting despite a massive nation-wide flower shortage. Highly recommend!

This was the contracted local florist by 1800 Flowers. Ordered an arrangement for a funeral visitation. The company had all of the visitation information. On the evening of the visitation, the flowers were never delivered. 1800 Flowers listed it as an attempted delivery which turned out to be a lie. I was later notified by their customer service a delivery was not ever attempted and rather the florist did not work that day due to the weather. Neither the florist nor 1800 Flowers called or emailed to advise they would not be conducting the delivery. The replacement order for flowers for the funeral were also not delivered. I would suggest avoiding these companies at all cost!
