We really enjoyed having DJ Terpenoid providing music at our last event. He was on time, professional, and was able to send fulfill our last minute music request. We highly recommend him.

Andy was amazing! I am so glad we chose him to DJ our ceremony and reception. He listened to all our wants and asked all the right questions. People were dancing all night long. We couldn't have been happier with how the night turned out. Hands down the best man for the job! A little touch of extra customer service was the email we received a few days after the wedding. Andy had sent us a few photos he snagged during our first dance.

Andy was the AMAZING DJ for our wedding. He only had 3 weeks to prepare and he was incredibly patient and kind with us. He arrived on time for set up and even set up time to go through details for the wedding in person and over the phone. He also gave our performers a chance to practice with his equipment before the ceremony. During the wedding, his equipment worked perfectly and he did a great job ensuring the music played on time for everything. The day of he was flexible with the order of our events and did a great job getting our input as we made changes to our schedule. He even walked outside to tell people when to come back inside for special parts of the reception. We had several children at our wedding and we loved how he incorporated music to help them have fun. He provided music for the ceremony outdoors and reception indoors. For the ceremony his equipment was all wireless which made for easy set up and worked well for our officiant and vocal performer. Finally, his rates are very reasonable. We 100% recommend him for any event! Thanks, Andy!

Wow, I could literally not say enough great things about Andy! I did a lot of research when choosing a wedding DJ and even met up with a few. When planning my wedding there were only 2 things I cared about- that I actually got married :) and that I had an EPIC dance party. And even though my fiance kept telling me that I had unrealistic expectations of a 5-hour dance party, I was still set on finding the best DJ in town. (I have been to a few weddings where the sound was crap during the ceremony! Or the DJ was so bad, I swear if it was my DJ I would have fired them on the spot....call me picky, but this was the one thing I was pullin the 'bride-card' for!) Immediately upon meeting Andy I could tell he was an expert. He described all of his top-of-the line equipment he had, and back up equipment in case there were any issues. He was completely open to us giving him as many song suggestions, stipulations, etc. etc. as we wanted, but then very happy to fill in the blanks. He asked all the right questions, was always easy to get a hold of, and was super friendly to work with! And the result- literally a 5 hour dance party!! By the time we got back from taking pictures, people were already on the dance floor (exactly what I wanted)! EVERYONE hit the dance floor throughout the night- even people I know don't dance. The music was PERFECT- there was never one song that came on that I wanted to leave the dance floor for. I know I'm a music- snob, I know I am a very harsh DJ critic, and I know I had unrealistic expectations- but Andy was even better than I could have hoped for! I seriously couldn't say enough great things about him and his service! Would recommend him to anyone.

Andy was AMAZING! We seriously could not have been more happy with having Andy DJ our wedding ceremony and reception. Andy brought equipment to play music for our outdoor ceremony without requiring a power source and separate equipment for the reception, which was indoors. He even brought some cool spinny, dance lights! Before the wedding, my husband and I only gave him a playlist with ~30 songs on it to give him an idea of what we wanted and a rough timeline for the reception; Andy filled in all the gaps and handled the announcements easily. We got tons of compliments on the music! Our reception went so smoothly and Andy was wonderful to work with. I whole-heartedly recommend Andy as a wedding DJ.

Andy did my brother in laws wedding so we had already heard great things about him but he went above and beyond at our wedding yesterday and the lead up to it. Andy is fantastic to work with, has great communication and was very accommodating with our music choices and requests. He knows how to read the crowd and was a big part of making our wedding a success. I very highly recommend hiring Andy to DJ your event - you won't regret it

We hired Andy as our DJ for our wedding this past summer in Healdsburg, and he not only had everyone dancing from 6pm until the very end - the catererers had to kick everyone off the dance floor because no one would leave!Most people get married and will remember the ceremony, or the touching words, but when I look back to my big day in 30 years, I will remember how much FUN we had and the awesome music Andy played throughout the entire evening. To say that Andy is a great DJ is a major understatement. He kept the flow of the dance party, and kept a great flow with the wedding throughout the entire evening. I didn't hire a day of wedding coordinator, and Andy stepped right in to keep up with the traditional dances/bouquet/garter tosses/songs everyone loves.When I had my initial meeting with Andy, he made it so easy, and was very organized and professional to make sure he got down everything we needed and wanted on the big day. He EXCEEDED my expectations, and when I am in Healdsburg and see people who came to our wedding they STILL talk about what awesome music we had. Andy is a personality, and let me tell you, he can make EVERYONE laugh and he is a pure natural when selecting his current music and the oldies but goodies. I couldn't have pictured a more perfect DJ.Andy is a true professional, and I will continue to refer him and use him again and again for our events!Thank you for making one of the best days of my life so memorable. Andy was fabulous to work with. I found him on craigslist and I knew he was it for us when he threw in the idea of playing Beetlejuice songs at the reception. (My husband is known for his Beetlejuice costume!) He had a wealth of knowledge on music and was excited to learn new songs and genres. Andy was very easy to work with and talk to and was willing to accommodate our taste and style. He helped maintain the flow of the day without running the show.The only thing I would say is that we forgot to do the mother-daughter and mother-son dances and we were relying on him to help remind us. However, we take fault in that because we didn't have it on the agenda. We just wanted it slipped in to the evening were it was appropriate. But we didn't even remember that it was left out until the next day. All in all, Advantage Sound was an excellent choice! He was able to get every song we wanted- from the least known to the most traditional. He traveled to Greeley with no extra charge and he went with the flow as the agenda changed at the spur of the moment. His equipment was great. Everything sounded terrific and he kept a low key profile during the ceremony. I loved it.Thank you Andy!

Andy DJ'd my wedding last month. I have nothing but excellent things to say about him and the affordable service he provided! I am not surprised at all that he has so many good reviews on here.He was helpful, knowledegable, friendly, professional, and fun. He was able to tailor the music to our specific taste, and was very easy to work with. At the wedding, he did a great job of mixing one song into the next- there were no weird "quiet spots." He read the crowd really well, too, and kept everyone dancing. We had so much fun thanks to Andy's hard work and great attitude!He patiently helped us figure out the tedious details, too, like exactly when a song should be played, different events that might require a certain type of song, equipment-related info, etc. He coordinated everything superbly with the other vendors. I would highly, highly recommend Advantage Sound. Andy really knows what he is doing!

Advantage Sound did an amazing job at my first annual event. With scaling back attendees, Andy created a fun and energetic atmosphere! Andy showed up early to set up, he was professional, and cared about helping with all of the details, including announcements and introductions. The equipment was top notch and the lighting was perfect! I received many many compliments on the D.J. and the music. Looking forward to next year's event that will definitely include Advantage Sound and Andy Maroney!!
