Quick, friendly and professional. Identified the issue with and repaired our refrigerator very reasonably, in less than an hour.

Our dishwasher stopped working so naturally i got on Yelp to see of any recommendations. Adam's had by far the most positive reviews so i thought I'd give them a shot. The receptionist was easy to work with and they gave me a 3 hour Tim slot window.Someone coming out to look it over would be $119 but if we used them to repair the work the $119 would go towards the work done. I loved being told this info on the phone from the start.I was sent an email reminder what blew me away was that axel our repair tech texted me that morning saying I'd be the last stop of the day and my time window would be towards the end. If only everyone did this -- otherwise I'd be camped out for hours waiting.Axel discovered the problem with a bit and was fast at giving me a quote we decided to use them to repair it and again he let me know beforehand and was on time fast friendly and efficient. If any of our other appliances ever go out i have no doubt to call them again. Thank you!

Super nice and efficient. It was a great experience. Glad I called. Front person was fantastic. Tech was awesome. Just a good experience overall and worth the money to get the dishwasher fixed immediately.

Adam's appliance repair was so fast and responsive. I felt safe with them and knew I would be getting quality service. Unfortunately the issue ended up being something a plumber would need to work with, but I was happy to hear that the diagnostic fee would go towards any repair fees within the next 30 days, so if a plumber comes out and fixes my issue and there is still something wrong with my fridge, my diagnostic fee would still count towards that and I wouldn't owe a new one. I will definitely be using Adam's Appliance Repair in the future.

The technician arrived at the promised time. After an examination of the problem he determined that there was no fault with the range top. The technician instructed me on the correct procedure to turn the 4 burners on and off - a very light touch on the glass surface. I appreciated the prompt response and the tactful instruction.(-:

We were having an issue with our washing machine and the technician, Stephen, was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and even taught me a couple things about the washing machine, that I did not know. The office staff was very courteous and efficient. I definitely recommending using this company for appliance repair issues.
