Had tech named Miguel. Got the job done took pictures of damage parts that need replacement and leaks he found in my walk in refrigerator. Definitely best work i found.

Poor tech diagnosis of warranty work/ tried to bill for warranty work! We had to have factory rep to resolve issue.... not sure why warranty contract companies cannot do their contract service. Tech arrived looked at unit talked on phone for 30 minutes disappeared another 30 minutes. Then tech concluded it was normal issue then tried to bill for warranty work. Company trying to get extra money; I contacted the company that contracted Absolute; reporting of less than honest contract work. This appeared to be routine service call; when contact Absolute they warned of costs involved out of warranty? Preemptive cost? Call another company who techs are sharp and company who has honest practices. Absolute is not the one to use .
