I give Above and Beyond Heating and Cooling my highest recommendation! They do business with integrity and truly care about their customers. I was priced and obscene amount by a competitor company and Above and Beyond Heating and Cooling came out and evaluated the situation, and gave us recommendations that didn't break the bank. Of all the HVAC companies we went through to get our unit fixed Above and Beyond Heating and Cooling truly went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations. You will not get the same kind of customer service, honesty, and integrity from any other HVAC company! -Lauren Brown

Had a small issue when the price of the work was more then I was told over the phone. It turned out the lady that quoted me was new and told me wrong but the company went above and beyond and honored the original quote I was given over the phone and they did great work and were done in less then an hour. Very friendly staff and will use them again in the future.

To make a long story short I had Above & Beyond install a new 22 kW generator to replace the 6w one that died in Feb of so that I could include my air conditioner in my home emergency system. They installed a new generator and I thought everything was OK when I asked to add my hot tub they said will just put a modulator on there that will shift power around where your hot tub will be covered when we need it. I then discovered during this process that they didn't show my air conditioner on the emergency system and that a lot of my fuses were miss labeled they came out and re-label them and charge me for the service when I questioned two things one why I had to pay for the labels been on correctly and why my AC was not on there as I thought it was the response was pretty much they did what they were supposed to do and had no responsibility for any of the items that I mentioned I don't know if or administration has changed or watt that I was told when I continued to question why this wasn't done correctly that in their opinion it was done correctly that I would not have to pay the service charge but that they no longer wanted my business. If this is the kind of company that you don't have a problem with doing business with them please use them as you wish

GROWERS BEWARE!!!I had this company come out to service my 24,000 btu office mini split. The unit wasn't getting nearly cold enough. I was informed there might be air in the line. So they recommended that they re vacuum the lines and put new Freon in the lines. (Remember this is only a small 24,000 btu unit.) The manager called me back and said it would cost $800 plus the $150 for the diagnostic. This is completely ridiculous. I have had new Freon installed in several of my houses with much larger compressors for only $300.. This is clearly over charging because we are a Medical Marijuana Grower.Dont waist your money with someone who is obviously trying to take advantage of you.

I always read reviews on a company before I decide who to hire. I have done this with many different contractors, and I have been very fortunate in the quality of the work performed. Above and Beyond had many good reviews, so I decided to use them to repair and replace ducting after a Possum got into the pipe work this past winter. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was not what I expected at all. Before the animal got into the ducting and severely damage insulation, I had good airflow from all the vents except one, and it was not connected to the register, but laying on the ground under the house. Above and Beyond was made aware of this information during the initial assessment and again when two workers came to repair/replace the ducting. When work was completed, I was told all ducting and registers were now connected, along with the two return ducts. After paying the bill, the two workers quickly left. At this point, I proceeded to carefully inspect all registers in the house, along with airflow. When I got to the last room in the back of the house, I found the ducting to one register lying on the ground. It seemed to have been torn off. The second register was not connected at all, and this was the register I specifically told Above and Beyond about twice. I called the company about this and they sent the two helpers back. When I questioned the worker who told me all the ducting was connected, I received an attitude. All this made me question the quality of their work under the house; especially since there was absolutely no airflow to the last room they repaired. This room did have good airflow prior to the Possum incident. I talked to three different people at Above and Beyond to send a different person out to check the work done. This has been over a two week period, and I have received no response at all. The owner has yet to call me. My point is, when a company tells you all work has been completed, and you find out it has not, it makes a prudent individual mistrust the work altogether. I paid to have repaired/replaced ducting, but the payment did not include any cool air to one whole room. For me, that is like paying to have your car repaired, but it still will not run after repairs are supposedly done. I am sure this review will receive a negative comment, but this has been my experience with Above and Beyond.
