So we are fairly new to the Edmond area and now that spring has started to well "show" its self. (at least once and a while) I saw a few spiders and said ..."time to find a pest company". I found A+ on Yelp and it had great reviews so I shot them an email asking for a quote. Within 15 minutes I had a call back from one of their great Customer Service reps. She explained everything and set me up with a great discount for a yearly program. The tech that came out did a fabulous job and we couldn't be happier. And they are PET FRIENDLY. That is always top notch in my book. Highly recommended folks. No more spiders here.

Chuck did a thorough job at our house this morning. The issue I've had, and it has been resolved, is that I'll get signed up for a subscription service that I really wasn't wanting to purchase. Like I said it has been resolved, we reached a compromise. But just make sure to read the whole contract.

Used this company for several years. The past year has been very disappointing. We have had a reoccurring ant problem that they have not been able to control. The last two attempts the tech put ant bait in mouse sticky traps and left them all over our house. We have cats. They sent another tech out who placed the proper traps but failed to remove all of the mouse traps. We have a tree in our yard that survived the tornado. We had to make 3 requests get them to treat the tree. They have never been able to control our ants and the level of service is deteriorated. I can no longer use their service and would not recommend them. They did remind me they had discounted their substandard service for me. It's nice to know I didn't pay full price to be disappointed. I was a loyal customer for years.

We have loyally received quarterly services form A+ for almost three years now. We canceled the service two weeks ago and decided to go with another service. Our quarterly treatment with A+ included a termite treatment. We recently discovered termites in our son's bedroom!! What pest protection did ALL these years of services provide for us? When I called to talk to them about it the representative was very dismissive due to the fact that we just canceled two weeks ago. It's really a bad way to do business. Termites don't just show up in two weeks. We have been customers of A+ for a couple years now and it was a complete waste of money. Extremely disappointed.

Beware of using you credit card with this company. They will keep your card on file and charge your card without your permission. I have never used automatic bill pay, yet they made unauthorized transactions to my card.

Make sure you read the fine print.I wasn't happy with my first service and attempted to cancel the contract I had, thinking it was just a contract for auto payment. If you cancel with this company, you will end up paying for six months.
