I was looking for someone to rent out my house; all I needed handled was showing the house, advertising, and background checks. Gino was enthusiastic and said he could do that, and it should be easy. He said he would put the paperwork together and get back to me. I waited a few days, and messaged him saying I had not heard back from him yet. He said he was still putting the paperwork together. I never heard back from him, and it has been a few weeks now. What a waste of time.
