i hsve had to use a pawn shop a few times i must admit when times get rough its good to know there are people like your staff eager to help i also opened a heaing and air conditioning company and most of my tools i have purchased there they are Oklahoma city's premier pawn shop Randy Lam.

They sell used items as new so they can over price them. Not only those items are over priced the majority of the items are sold for very expensive. most things I checked you could get *actually* brand new online for cheaper than the price they tried to rip you off with. The staff is very rude and unfriendly they treated me like I was a pos and an idiot. Be careful buying things from here they say are new, because I noticed they repackage items to try to make them look new and when you look at the item inside you can tell it's been used. I definitely do NOT recommend anyone shop here, they are a huge rip off no matter if you are buying or selling. they do not give a fair price. It's understandable they have to make money but they are not fair about it at all. it's pretty obvious to me they don't give a shht about the customer at all, ripping them off and treating them badly. I repeat DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

sorriest pawn shop ever they sell broken stuff to u and charge u a lot my brother bought a 55 inch tv there for 300 and when we got home which is only 2 blocks away when we plugged it in Ithe screen was broke and wouldn't work they refused to give us another tv saying it was our fault which it wasn't don't ever go there

Purchased a Velodyne subwoofer that I was told worked. It took two weeks to get an installer out to install my system just to find out the sub is bad. Called the store and well I have a $200 paper weight. Thanks for being dishonest and not making things right.
