I lived in the condos and I love the fact the garage was attacked and the patio has privacy behind . They came to fix everything within time frame and I could hear my neighbors ever . If I moved into the neighborhood I would reccomemd the condos. Super modern and cute the pool is super fun and if your a young adult this is the place to be this pool is known for there parties

I've lived here over 2 years. It started off great but it is going down hill. In the last two weeks - I have had my window busted out of my car, there have been cops and under cover cop cars surrounding my building one evening, and tonight I was woken up by a fight/argument outside my door (it's a Wednesday and I have a child!). I had called security about another issue a few weeks ago and I'm not sure that it was even followed up on. I do not know what has happened in the last couple of months to make it go downhill so fast, but it's disheartening. Our rent is high enough that they should invest in gates that actually work and good security here. The front gate is left wide open- so it's not really a gated community anymore either if the main gate is open. I realize they can not babysit everyone, but maybe some cameras and notices of cameras - along with security actually patrolling might help. I don't know.The maintenance staff and office staff are great. The amenities and pool we really love. I do have some lovely neighbors that are great, but I don't feel safe anymore here, like I used to feel here and that's sad to me.

I searched for an apartment for months trying to find the right fit. Everyone at 35 Degrees North was so quick to respond, call back, and give important info for me to easily make my decision. A big thanks to LaTeisha for being so organized and helpful on my day of moving in. Another thank you to David for helping set up my WiFi. Such a friendly, welcoming staff. Aesthetically beautiful apartments, safe area, and lots of amenities that are a major plus. 10/10 recommend!

For the cost of these apartments you think they would be sound proof. Nope. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walk around and flush the toilet, shower. I'm anticipating getting to hear all their interactions if you know what I mean. They also have 3 small kids in a 2 bedroom apartment that are constantly running around and it's hardwood floors so it is loud. It's hard to feel relaxed and comfortable in your own house when this is the case. I'm going to go back to working at the office even though I'll be spending more money on gas and time away from my home. I now sleep with earplugs. Ordered sound canceling earbuds but not excited about that being the only way I can have peace and quiet. People stand in the area outside my door and talk at 2 am after they get home from the bar. Hard to find a parking space and was told there's a waiting list for garages but hard to actually get one. Sprinklers spray on your car every day and so that's fun when you need to get into your car. I'm paying a lot of money for how much I had to downsize, master bedroom is tiny.

When looking for apartments in Oklahoma City and Edmond areas, 35 degrees north really stood out. The leasing staff are attentive and responsive, and the common areas are very well kept with a bit of a luxury feel. The unit I toured was well appointed and seemed like a good value (especially coming from a west coast housing market).

If you are looking for a rental this is the place for you. The apartments offer great amenities which includes two very nice pools, bbq's & firepits throughout the complex's, basketball court, pickleball, large dog park and a nice fitness center to name a few. The grounds are kept up well and the property is fully secure and safe. Washer and dryers included in every unit was a big plus for us when choosing a property. The staff is super great and the maintenance department is spot on whenever something needs to be addressed which has only been a few times which were "minor" but knowing the staffs urgency is a nice piece of mind. I would suggest this property to anyone who is in the market for a great rental property. Also I would like to give a shout out to Herman who is a great employee who you can tell really enjoys his job, plus he's really cute too!

Great community with unmatched amenities and maintenance. The on-site Managnent and staff are top notch!

I cannot comment on the apartment complex itself of condition of units, only the application process and office staff (Brittany and Hannah). Office staff was unresponsive and rude. Do not return phones and then blame the applicant for misinformation they shared in writing. Extremely unprofessional. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to look elsewhere.

Looked at leasing here last year and had a job change so I wasn't able to sign BUT I love this place! Beautiful apartments, very nice appliances and detailing. I got to work with LT in the front office who was amazing and the sweetest thing ever. She showed me around and was very helpful during the entire process even though I wasn't able to sign in the end. Great place!

10 out of 10, highly recommend. I love love love my apartment and the community it provides. Maintenance is quick and super helpful... they really go above and beyond for us. LT in the office is top notch and not only makes sure as a "customer" you are taken care of... but as a neighbor as well! We are so lucky to have her!
