Great cigar lounge, generally recommended. They have there own cigars brought in and are posted in a container at their register which are very good for most if you don't know what you are looking for.

Went in today and asked about cigars that pair well with different bourbons. Holy crap!! These guys know their stuff! Got a couple to pair with a couple different drinks and man they were spot on! Will definitely be back and try again!!

New customer to the shop. They treated me like I had been shopping there for years. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The owner went out of his way to help me obtain a box of cigars that I really wanted. A situation A LOT of businesses wouldn't do for long time customers, let alone someone who only shopped there 2 or 3 times before. With the world of online cigar shops, its easy to overlook and ignore your local B&M's. But for the helpful and welcoming service the owner and his partners provide, as well as their selection, are well worth the drive, money and the time to support their business. Definitely recommend them.

I happened to be in town from NYC this week and it was a cold rainy Friday night so I searched around for something to do. I found 2nd Street Cigar on the web and called them to make sure it was OK for a "non member" to use the lounge if I purchased a cigar there. The man on the phone was very welcoming and invited me down to join them for a Halloween movie night (they were playing the original Frankenstein and Mummy films!). When I got there, I was greeted by a very well dressed man in a vest who showed me around and helped me select a cigar. As it turns out this man, Clyde Percy, is one if the owners and an exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable fella. Not only is he passionate about cigars, but he loves old films much like myself. The lounge was filled with comfortable chairs and a large screen TV. The crowd of locals were very friendly and talkative and invited me to share their beverages. Eventually we settled down to watch the films. What a wonderful way to spend a rainy Friday night! I highly recommend this lounge and will be back if I'm ever in the area again. - Alec J from Brooklyn, NY
