29th Street Tag Agency

I've been to 3 tag agencies and they are closed although online they show to be open. So I drove way across town to get my Uncles drivers license renewed. It's the old part of time in the south side and there is so much going on around us. Found the building without issue. Once inside the place is packed but everything is orderly.Shelee was phenomenal. She needs a raise. She helped us although the D L was shutting down. She was patient and kind to my 89 year old uncle. So thankful for good people and good customer service. She's awesome in everything!

Quick efficient and took care of everything I needed. Would recommend this place for sure.

Schedule an appointment at noon to renew my drivers license based on information online. When I got there they said their system was down and there was no estimated time for a fix.If the system went down I would assume they would call any appointment to let them know the system was down, but I did not receive such a call

I know tag agency's deal with A LOT. But I will not continue to go to places that allow people to cut an entire line of people! It's ridiculous! I'm still in the tag agency now and have been for over 2 hours and since then 2 different people walked into the TAG line not the DL/ID line and were allowed to go ahead and do there id and license even though there was a line of 7 people behind them. I said something and was ignored by the employees as well as the persons who went to the front. Other than that they are very nice and usually are fast! PS. They will charge an EXTRA $5 if you are a walk in for a DL or ID.

Their sign says Drivers Licesnse Appointments get Priority. That is perfectly fine except they are out till September, and by that time the certificate will expire. But that is not my grief, she said she had Appointments all day, but no one was there.

Never ever again stepping in that facility they could of help me but no they decided to I wanted my refund and void paper work but they didn't wanted but they just made me want my time by making me go back and forth all day

This is the best tag agency I've ever been to. They are engaging, polite, and efficient. I only ever go here--no other place measures up.

Absolutely amazing. I had a very complicated situation with out of state transfer and Angeles and Alicia were absolutely phenomenal with helping me!!

My husband and I both need our DL renewed and made appointment at the 29th street agency. They were so nice and got in and out in 40 minutes. And that was with the system going down once.

I love coming to this place. Everyone is normally extremely friendly. However today I came in an the lady I got was extremely rude. An not just towards me. A few other people. Then onces they left she starting talking to her Co workers irregardes if the people she just helped. Very unprofessional. She needs some work on customer service or just doesn't need to be at the front end. Would I come back again, yes however if I where to receive her again. I would wait until I could have someone else. Like I said she was extremely rude an unprofessional
