1201 at Covell Village

Great apartments! Management was super communicative and timely, both during the application process, and following the move-in. We have had zero problems so far, and love living here!

Do not do any business with these apartments. They are all liars. On Saturday 2/18/23 I went and toured an apartment. When I was done I applied for one because the lady by the name Jacquline told me they don't look at credit scores because I told her mine was low. I called her before I applied because I realized my offer letter from my job didn't say my hours and she told me to go ahead and apply and that I can get my manager to state in writing my hours. Well with in 5 Mins she called me saying I was denied because of my credit score. They basically just took my money and lied to me. She said she was going to talk to her manager and that I would hear back by Monday. Well it's now Thursday 2/23/23 and I still haven't heard back so I decided to call and leave a voicemail since they went a head and took the 175 from my account. Well Friday 2/24/23 I get a called from Jacquline saying it's pass the 48 hours and they now can't give me my money back. They never once told me that even when I asked her on Saturday about my money. Well today I get a call from who I think is the manger Sasha saying that Jacquline called me Tuesday and left a voicemail what she never did call. So there is one lie. Then she says I was there and heard Jacquline tell me not to apply what is now another lie because no one else was there. She is refusing to even work with me and help me get my money back. She is just rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. Do no rent here especially because of the rude unprofessional management they having running this place.
