Oh Boy Pizza

I've gotten my hair braided next door to this place twice, and I wanted to check them out. I ordered a small sausage, extra sauce, & well done. I was the only patron at the time, and they took care of me immediately and were very pleasant. I was advised it would take 20 minutes, which it did. I took the pizza to the car and ate it hot. Everything was fresh and prepared correctly. Unfortunately, yes, there's an unfortunately: I didn't like the sauce, it was too sweet to me. I don't like sweet pizza. I would definitely recommend it for others to try, but I wouldn't order it again.

Ran by Children?There was one 12 year old Boy working the register and making the pizzas. No managers, no helpers, nothing. This kid had to be in 4th grade, kind of a heavy set kid if you will, but he can make good pizza that's for sure. He was flattening the dough back there and kept saying "oh Boy!!, Oh Boy!!!, Oh, Boyy!. I'd probabaly go back for the experience.

This was my first time trying this restaurant and let me say I'm a big fan of bag pizza so they won me over already. They known for their sauce being on the sweeter side. The sweetness wasn't overwhelming. The pie was cooked perfectly. The only flaw was a lot of the middle piece were cut smaller than my liking and the crust is extra thin. Those things aside this is a solid pie and they have half off on Monday and Tuesday for their family and jumbo size pizzas. The taste also reminded me of a pizza place on 113th & Halsted called Joeys that I loved as a kid. This is good pizza!

Worst pizza. So bland and so expensive. Sauce has NO flavor. Everything tastes premade and from a can.

I am basing this rating ONLY on the pizza, as I am not very familiar with their other food items. The last few times I ordered the pizza from here, I feel that it has actually been pretty tasty. The sauce has a sweeter kind of taste to it but I don't think they overdo it with the sugar. And the value for your money is good. Half-price pizzas on both Mondays and Tuesdays here, which is virtually unheard of. Only a couple of complaints. 1) At times the pizza can be rather greasy. Might want to look into that. And 2) I do wish they would enable online ordering. I get tired of being yelled at on the phone with the typical "I can't hear you! Can you talk louder?" and consequently having the spelling of my name being totally botched on the orders. You might find that having online ordering will actually make your job EASIER, so stop fighting it already and get into the modern age. Anyway it looks like I can't give a 3.5 rating so a 3 it is.

Great pizza ordered well done and it certainly was perfect! Pizza crew was very friendly and accommodating!!! A Great neighborhood pizza place...Large menu with something for everyone! AAA+++ order and enjoy!!

The best cracker crust pizza around!!! Sauce is sweet and delicious.... Very addictive!!! Wish they would have a sit down place .. that would be awesome!!!

Green peppers are sautéed! Best pizza I've had in years. One guy is a bit moody, but probably because he knows his pizza is top. Don't skip this gem.

Food was okay, my calzon was undercooked in side the dough was slimy. Beef didn't have much meat for 9 dollars. My meat balls was super small and had the outside of an onion in it... onion rings was over cooked burnt and super hars
