Went here around midnight on a weekday--the place was not busy and yet service was terrible. Waitress was not nice or attentive- i had to get up several times to find her. Its giving want to be hipster dive bar and we act like we're too cool.

One of my old late night go to's. Still consistently great. The lobster roll remains top notch although the price has gone up a bit from when I first started getting it over 10 years ago. Always a treat. This time I also had the fried eggplant with garlic and peppers. Really tasty. I always try to get there when they 1st open so the service is always attentive. The vibes are what I expect from a city that's vibrant and growing. Good to still have my off the beaten path, if you know you know, spots.

I found Octopus Bar by accident. I was on my way to another location one evening and I called to make sure their kitchen was open and it was already closed and that establishment recommended Octopus Bar. When I arrived, I didn't realize that valet parking was mandatory. I didn't realize I should have made a reservation and there was no seating available at the bar. The place was definitely a hot spot in the city. It's a hookah bar with a nice vibe. The crowd was a little young for me, but I was still able to eat, enjoy the vibe and leave with a nothing but positive things to say about the Octopus Bar. I ordered the lamb chops and had them served with sautéed spinach and asparagus. They also was served with a side of a sauce for the lamb which was OMG delicious. I will be back for that lamb sometime soon.

The absolute driest shrimp. This shrimp hasn't drank water in 40 days and 40 nights. Head on and shell on and dry.

This place was awesome and I can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu. It's very much a speakeasy vibe. We sat at the bar pretty easily at 1030ish on a Friday night. We ordered the oysters, scallop tacos, and lobster roll. Everything was great but the scallop tacos were fireeee. If I can stay up that late again, I'm going straight here.

Very much a local dive bar except it has excellent food as well! Crowd seemed like a lot of locals. Took staff a few minutes to discover I had arrived and sat myself but it was very, very late and eventually I was serviced well and cocktail (crazy good NASCAR) and small plate.

Super fun and tasty. The concept itself was a selling point! A restaurant closes and reopens as a secret restaurant at 10PM. Who doesn't want to try that? It makes you feel like a spy. The service was quick and thoughtful. The menu was enticing delicious. The oysters were probably my favorite standout because I wasn't expecting to like them. I am a stickler for crackers hot sauce horse radish and cocktail sauce. They don't have any of that. At first it's a bit daunting to eat a raw oyster with lemon, but these were actually some of the best oysters I've ever had. Top notch on quality and taste across the board. If you get a chance definitely come here. Great late night eats, and even better company will find you here.

Open super late night/early morning; local ingredients, revolving menu. Big flavors. Fine dining food in a grungy after shift vibe. Liked, Liked, Liked, Liked, Liked, Liked, Liked, Liked, Liked, LikedLocally sourced and they mean it!!! Oysters from Macintosh, Ga tasted right off the water. This was a table favorite that had to be ordered again and again! :) Dry Fried Eggplant - the flavor is bold, spicy and on point. The texture was crispy and soft. We ordered a side of rice to wipe the yummy seasoning off the plate lol. Salt and Pepper Shrimp: The onions were the absolute best part of the dish, it absorbed so much of the flavor. The shrimp are head and shell on, once you peel.. add the shrimp back to the bowl and toss to get all the good flavor on the shrimp. I loved that the late-night offerings were so different and crafted. You can truly tell that the Chef and bartender love what they do! It was awesome! We stumbled on something pretty cool. Disliked - Disliked - Disliked - Disliked - Disliked - Disliked - Disliked Miso Soup: It was good but not my favorite Miso. It had a lot of Tofu, which was a little much since the Tofu didn't hold a lot of taste. Salt and Pepper Shrimp: I think it would be a little tastier if the shrimp were peeled so the meat could absorb flavor. None of the salt and pepper taste made to the shrimp. The fried batter was kind of wasted on the shell too.

Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow! Everything was bussin. If you are from Atlanta you know what that means if not that means it was outstanding. Everything I ate was amazing. Somethings we ordered twice. Me and my homegirl had a blast with Austin the bartender, he made specialty craft cocktails just for us. Shouts out to the chef and Austin. Will be back!!

The ambiance here is so fun and the food is insanely delicious. Very funky with colored lighting and lots of different seat selections in separate sitting areas. The eggplant and shrimp dishes i tasted were amazing, I can't wait to come back.
