Ocean Beach Coffee and plants

My daughter introduced me to one of her favorite little coffee joints in Ocean Beach. She loves their drip coffee here and I ordered a blueberry muffin from their pastry selection. We sat down at a small table inside and enjoyed our and coffee together. There's also a small patio outside. They have quite a large selection of savory and sweet and muffins and cookies. They also had some interesting looking drink specials like the banana bread latte and the golden milk.Prices were reasonable service was with a smile and they have a customer loyalty program where you can earn free drinks and a tiny plant if you are a regular .Give this place a try when you were heading down to Ocean Beach ! It's just a few blocks from the water and dog beach.

This is a nice little coffee shop as you enter Ocean Beach from the 8. They sport inside and outside seating, including various plants and succulents for sale. They do a lot of their own propagation, too.I had a cortado and an oatmeal cookie with cranberries. The cortado was very well made. The young lady from Oregon did a very nice job on it. It was smooth and rich. The oatmeal cookie was good, too. It had a good chew and nice flavor. The little bits of cranberries were good eating.They offer a variety of espresso based beverages, vegan and non vegan baked goods, and breakfast sandwiches, not to mention toasted bagels as well.The service was very friendly and upbeat. If there were a way they could reduce the number of flies during the warmed month, that would be grand. Cool spot!

Came with my husband and dog for coffee one morning while on a walk. I tried the banana bread latte and loved it! It was really good. My husband had the honey cinnamon latte and it was very delicious as well. We loved our experience here, everyone is so nice and very loving to dogs. Made the experience wonderful! We'll definitely be back soon!

Super adorable tiny cafe serving up great coffee in the middle of darling OB. Live like a local, walk to this sweet cafe and take it all in. Quiet early in the morning.Latte was on-point!

Cute, hip, fun coffee spot in OB with some killer bakery goods and plants throughout the establishment. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Eric who had a small queue in front of me. He was pleasant to each customer while being efficient in getting their orders ready. My turn came and I asked a few questions before settling on a coffee drink (Hazelnut latte) and a couple of almond croissants to go. The coffee was delicious, perfect as in not too sweet to where you could still enjoy the coffee flavor. The almond croissant...oh my!! Flaky buttery goodness and just the right amount of sweetness, a great combination of flavor and textures. Thanks Eric for the recommendations and I'll definitely be back to sample more goodies.

This is a cute little gem with good coffee and indoor/outdoor seating. They have lots of tiny succulents for sale, pastries and bags of beans to purchase as well. I recommend adding a syrup to your drink if you like sweet.

Only visited quickly and grabbed a small coffee for a great price of $3, tipped 2 which $5 still feels decent for a coffee these days. I'm a barista myself and the girl working the bar was on point, friendly, and the coffee was one of the best I've had in a while. I make drip at home and just haven't been enjoying whatever roast I've been ordering...i dont even know what type of blend this was but its delicious. The dude complaining about a breve latte is just a pain in the ass type of customer, 1 star review buddy?! Ok, Now I see CJ has 24 1 star reviews, what an absolute loser. Thanks for the coffee I'll be back and I see it's dog friendly, even better!

Ocean Beach Coffee and Plants is a quaint oasis and a gem of a find. The staff is so accommodating and will answer any and all menu questions you may have.I ordered a cold brew on special that day with pumpkin spiced flavors & I could tell that the barista was putting lots of care and effort into concocting my drink.I then opted to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and take in the ambiance. The patio area is shaded and they have WiFi for those that want to park it in a great space for some work or relax time.I enjoyed seeing the plants around the shop and the little area with local artist's work for purchase.My cold brew was very enjoyable and I would love to come back every visit I have to Ocean Beach.

I'll admit, I've known about this place for a while and often walk past it on my way to or from People's, but I never stopped in. Since I drink black coffee about 90% of the time, I usually just make it at home instead of visiting one of the many great coffee shops in OB.This morning, however, I needed to drop my car off at Ebers Street Garage and hadn't had a chance to make my morning coffee yet. As my pup and I walked home past Ocean Beach Coffee and Plants, I decided to finally stop in and grab a coffee. I'm so glad I did!The two ladies working inside were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even greeted the dog of the woman who came in after me by name, which, as a devoted dog mom, I absolutely loved! A huge bonus for me is that they offer vegan pastries, which I'll definitely be coming back to try. While I wouldn't call myself a coffee snob, I am a bit picky, and if the coffee isn't good, I'd rather go without. That said, they have good coffee. I'm currently sipping on my delicious black coffee and thoroughly enjoying it.

the espresso, the sweetness level of the drinks, the flavors-everything is always so good! Allison is the sweetest, most attentive barista in town, and the other on shift with her (Sat 8/31 morning) clearly enjoy what they're doing and work so well to cultivate a functional flow and fun airy vibe. coffees came out impressively quick. i'm always bringing my friends here for coffee i love what this shop brings to our little community
