Oasis Water and Ice Thrifty Ice Cream

--- Should more efforts be put into addressing the safety violations (refer to the picture below)? --- Should an honest business focus on improving the safety and quality of products and customer experience, instead of fighting with one single review so hard? --- Should customers be blamed for posting a low-star review based on his/her true experience? Fun Fact: 13 five-star reviews posted for this business since 08/01/2023, right after my one-star review based on true experience. If you are related to the business owner "Jayme", I would advise you to have a little bit of patience... at least make a purchase before posting many 5-star reviews on the same/similar date. Some of the 5-star reviews were posted moments after my initial review (see the attached picture). My experience at the store is private, and it's remarkable to observe that other customers "happened" to comment on my personal encounter shortly after I posted my review. Should a respectful and honest business owner discuss and leak customers' information and slander customers' reputations behind their back --- only because a simple customer complaint ? Take it easy and do not make a mountain out of a molehill. Besides, your 5-star reviews to compliment the owner "Jayme" should be focusing on your own truthfulness, instead of slandering an innocent customer with true experience and purchase. To those who might consider leaving reviews for this business without having been genuine customers, I urge you not to compromise your integrity by misleading fellow consumers within our community. Your honest experiences are essential for helping others make informed decisions. The business owner, going by the name "Jayme," took an interesting step by messaging me and complaining about "privacy" issues, simply because I had posted a regular picture of the store(refer to the picture attached)...I appreciate "Jayme" for giving my single opinion significant consideration. Nevertheless, honesty remains the optimal approach, and our consumers are savvy in judgments. I will maintain my sincere review to aid our community in making well-informed choices. As a responsible parent, I will not bring my kiddos back here. Please do not overreact, I'm just shaking my own head:)

Absolutely love this place! The owners are probably some of the *nicest* people I've ever met. Whenever we walk in, they know us by name and usually have an idea of what we want. (That happens when you've been there since they opened!) the place is always clean and looks great. Never disappointed. Also a little biased but when you have an establishment that's run by a medical hero & a firefighter you can't go wrong! Thankful for their hard work in and out of the shop!

We are staying and golfing at the Wigwam Resort. The kids were screaming for ice cream...quick google search and three or four minutes later we were walking in the door at Oasis...conveniently it's right around the corner. Great trip down memory lane with all the OG Thrifty Ice Cream options here...plus some other sweet treats. Convenient location; staff was nice...they let our kids try a few flavors out; which helped them each build out their perfect dessert. Kids loved it! Mom and I grabbed a gallon of Carmel Cookie Crunch to go...to enjoy pool side. Our crew is looking forward to our next visit.

Happy and helpful staff. Always great service and selection. Delicious ice cream! The best water and ice!! We need it in this heat! It's a shame you have some other patrons who aren't able to read very well. Like the big sign out front that says Thrifty Ice Cream. Or on the cup itself. "Is it homemade"? Seriously? Shameful people want to cheat the system and then write a bad review. That's like asking for a large pizza but then just give me 4 personal sized pizzas...but then just charge me for one large. What planet are you on?

We have been a customer since this shop opened, the employees and owners have always gone above and beyond to ensure our service was top notch. Great variety of Thrifty Ice Cream every time we visit. My boys love it every time.

It's your standard water and ice shop. Also sells ice cream from thrifty. The owner is actually pretty nice. He came out of the counter to show me how to use everything. There's actually a water jug cleaning station that is free to use which is nice. The price is two dollars for 5 gallons. They also have a vending machine outside. If you don't want to go inside.

Absolutely delicious ice creamThe ice cream at Oasis is delicious. Oasis offers so many flavors and even has sundaes and other treats. On this visit i treated myseld to a shake. All i have to say is, the shake was one of the best I've had. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly. A great local business that is very deserving of our community support. If you're in the area stop by and grab a scoop.

I love this place and buy all my water and ice from here. Staff is always great. Just some feed back to consider. I've had about 40% of the ice bags completely separate and spill ice. A few times, entire bags. I'd happily pay more for some higher quality bags. Thanks for your time.I appreciate the response and the attempt at improving the quality of bag. The blue bags seem more durable but the clasp that keeps the closed isn't the best. I just bought 3 20lbs bags and have about 10lbs on the floor. you can only be so gentle when trying to break up a 20lbs bag of ice. Thanks for your time.
