Bought a raspado de fresa with ice cream , and my strawberries had a warm inside , called back and was given a number for the employe to call the owner , and no one picked up to handle this situation! Gave them a chance ! Not ever going back

OK this location "was sold last December" so the website is not correct. But the previous owner told us how to find it since we were having trouble: it is across from McDonald's, kinda next to Wingstop, and if you're facing Oasis Insurance it is over on the other side to the right. Anyway after all that the raspados were tasty. They have buckets with fruit, so a little different. Ice, actual fruit, fruit water. Unclear if there was also flavor syrup but did not seem as sugary as many raspado places which is nice.

Worst service ever! The people working there didn't even acknowledge me and my wife. When I ordered a mangonada it tasted like crap mango slushy tasted like a old mango sitting in the sun. Me and my wife are Mexican and that was by far the worst Mexican raspado place don't go there unless you like crappy raspados!

The raspados are delicious! Fresh fruit, large servings and condensed milk. The only things lacking:1) No calorie information anywhere.2) If you aren't fluent in Spanish, you won't know what some of the menu items are or even how to pronounce them. I'd like to try them, but I'm not really sure how to order. That being said, all the raspados and thrifty ice cream I've ever had here has been delicious. The service is speedy and friendly. Great place for a sweet treat.

I love it! Their new location (now in front of the McDonald's) Is smaller than the other one but the service and treats are as delicious as I remember them. Everytime I come there people working is super nice, they greet you and if you hace questions they happily answer them. I love their mangoneadas and my husband loves their Obispos. They also carry the usual snacks like the chicharrones, raspados, prepared chips tostilocos and fruit cups. Will definitely continue to come

Loved it! I had no idea what to order or what anything on the menu was for that matter. The woman working there was so friendly and explained everything perfectly so that we could order just the right items. I definitely hope to return!

EXTREMELY rude front desk. the girls have attitude as if someone is forcing them to work there. Like girl u work as a secretary please be so fr with the attitude. Told the dentist that my son was forming a cavity. Was clearly a cavity. He said "they'd keep an eye on it". He now has a full blown cavity and they are charging $500 WITH insurance to cap it. LOL. Thanks for keeping an eye on it, sir!

I was really looking forward to a raspado obispo and my fiancé wanted a smoothie. The raspado was more like crushed ice with flavor, hardly any fruit and the ice started clumping together into bigger ice chunks. Not shaved ice at all.The smoothie lacked flavor and was not well blended.Needless to say we won't be back to try anything else.
