Oasis Raspados

Oh I love this place. This place is hands down the best for raspados and delicious elote. Sometimes they are a little bit weird on their hours but for the most part the hours posted are accurate. Right behind them on the other side of the ranch market there is a overpriced place this is the place to go for your moneys worth. Everything is delicious here.

The raspado was good but they only had ONE person working here on a Saturday - the wait was about 30 minutes for a medium raspado. I won't be coming back, there are plenty of other places that provide the same thing. I don't think any raspado is worth that much of a wait - management should really think about adding at least another employee - I want to support small business but according to other reviewers they really don't care about the customer experience and that's a problem.

I live across the street from this place so I am here with my kids a couple times a week. But today was different, we went in and noticed they changed their cups. You wouldn't think the cups they put the raspados in would be such a big deal, but they used to be Styrofoam cups which keeps the ice from melting and I would always love to enjoy the ice with the fruit and ice cream all the way to the last bite.. Now they have clear plastic cups which are smaller and the ice melts right away. Wasn't happy with today's raspado or the new cups so not sure how often we'll be back.. hopefully they go back to the Styrofoam cups which are much better..

Horrible. The raspado we ordered wasn't even good and worst part the ice wasn't shaved there were chucks of ice in our cup. Should have just gone to McDonald's for a ice cream cone.

What can I say the absolute best raspados ever. Never have I ever walked away unsatisfied. It's a nice way to cool down with these summer heat

Best place I ever tried and the girls are very fast and nice! I Recommend the chamoyadas.

I went to raspados oasis today and the young girls that were there they were Just so rude to me and my two friends at first I asked one of the girls for a cloth to clean the table and she ignored me and grabbed a cloth and she cleaned the tables herself and gave me attitude, and then I ordered a verduro and a raspado de fresa con coco and I think me and my friends got food poisoning because all three of us got out the raspados place with a headache and wanting to throw up and as soon as we got home we all threw up I feel like they didn't change the cuerritos or the coco rayado but something was bad. The ambiance was just bad and the customer serviced of the girls was bad even people were talking in between themselves and were saying that there not good workers they were very disrespectful never going back to that place again nastiest and dirtiest place I've been pleas take better care of your employees and who you hire.

I have gone there several times and every time we go the employees get more rude every time. Tonight was by far the worst experience. I have a family of 7 and it is usually a pretty penny when we go to oasis however, we will not return after today. The two girls working tonight provided horrible customer service and had a terrible attitude.
