Oasis Bay Sushi + Seafood Buffet

Bad food today. Cold, dry and borderline old. Gave me a stomach ache and the chicken was raw. Would never come back.Update: food poisoning, family members are puking.

The place has a bit of variety but the food is all cold. Not even the slots that they refill. I tried the fried rice, all noodles and even all the types of shrimp all cold. I did a quick back of the hand at the steam tables and they were barely any steam or heat. This is what they were sited for on their latest health inspection. The sushi was warm not cool. The meats dried out for being out so long. Tried the tempura hard as a rock. It's 6 pm you'd figure dinner time have a fresh line but nope there just gathered around the sushi prep area shooting the breeze. If you gonna give this place a try walk in first to check out the quality of the food and maybe the latest health inspection. The restrooms were also dirty. Sorry but not touching this place ever again.

I'm not a buffet person but since hubby wanted sushi and I wanted dim sum for lunch we decided to try this place. The price is $13.99 for lunch Monday through Friday, which is such a great price. They also give you a 10 percent discount for military or senior citizen! Because the price was so low I really didn't expect much. I must say, I was actually very impressed at the variety and everything looked very fresh. They had a good variety of sushi and the chef was constantly making new rolls. I tried some and it was ok. Is it the best quality? Of course not, but for the price I thought it was totally acceptable. They also have a poke bar. I was surprised to see so many different Chinese dishes- fried rice, two different kinds of noodles and every chicken dish you can think of, eggplants, bok choy, four different types of soups. I tried some shell on shrimp and it was flavorful and juicy which was a nice surprise. I also enjoyed the calamari. They also have a lot of fish dishes, mussel, sausages, clams, salad bar and so much more. The dessert bar had pastries, cakes, fruit, ice cream, and cookies. It had been years since I had an almond cookie and I enjoyed it. The service was exceptional. The staff was very prompt, friendly and cleared the dishes very quickly. If you want to try a variety of food at an exceptional price, this is the place! Just remember it is a buffet so don't expect a 5 star taste. For $13.99 lunch I think it's pretty hard to beat.

After seven hours on the road, this is my Heaven. My husband was craving crab legs, and lo and behold, his wish was granted. Our last two wishes will be granted once we finally reach home and go into nice little food comas.The dinner buffet was pretty standard for seafood with a nice selection of sashimi, sushi, seafood, and other Asian food items. We came a little late around 8 pm, so I wouldn't say the food was fresh off the press, but it wasn't bad either. I particularly enjoyed the albacore sashimi. I didn't get a chance to try much of the crab legs because they were all gone by the time I reached the buffet, however, my husband had no complaints as he managed to get some before they ran out. He mentioned enjoying the blue crab, crawfish, Cajun shrimp boil, and clams as well as the Cajun octopus.The service is what makes this establishment so awesome. Our server Mandy was always checking in, refilling our glasses, and taking our empty plates. She was friendly and very efficient. Our host Gabe was personable and friendly with a fun story on hand and appropriate to the conversation.Bathrooms were clean, and the space overall was cozy and family friendly. Definitely recommend for any time of the day to satisfy your cravings.

I love this place, they have a lot of seafood, the service is quick and very nice, very clean too. Best time to go is around 5p-8p the food is the freshest

Disgusting!! They really don't care if the food is good or not and it shows. Lunch rush only had 12 people, that says everything you need to know.

Thus far, quite possibly the best buffet I've tried in the valley. The good: Definite step up in terms of quality of the food. Sushi is not too shabby. Overall clean and well-kept. The bad: Number of options is a little less than the Lin's buffets of the world. No Mongolian grill setup.

The food is addictive. The service is unparalleled. The ambiance is perfect for a buffet. The interior is white and gold. Nothing to hide here. On our first visit we met Emily (the owner), May (The manager) and Seven, (the waitstaff).No one was sitting down. Everyone was smiling and checking on customer's needs. You have to go there! They have sushi, aisain fair, salads, pizza and desserts. You will have to go twice just to try it all.Lunch special is under $15.You can also take food to go by the weight. Don't wait, try it and get ready for your new favorite place to enjoy again cuisine!

BEWARE!!! Scam!! They delete negative reviews on GOOGLE any 5 star reviews are bought!!! They deleted my original review I have left twice..(on Google) and the reviews above 2 stars are paid for. The service is TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, the food cold and they yelled at us LITERALLY FOR EATING too many crab legs... if it says all you can eat??? I had two small plates of crab legs and they denied my husband and wouldn't let him get any more food. It was horrific. I have never been treated so poorly. The owner came out and yelled pointing his fingers!!! " NO MORE CRAB LEGS". WOW! This establishment is a disgrace. I have lived in the area and this community for 20 yrs. Plus, there is a reason that it has changed ownership SEVERAL times! I honestly think they just keep changing names and it is the same owner.

The food needs to be hotter and cooked through. Great selection of food. Need to observe the food when it goes out to the public
