You just can't beat the prices at Yuen Hop! 10lbs of egg noodles for 13 bucks. It's about $4-5/pound at any other oriental store like ranch 99.I always make garlic noodles for holidays, parties and just family get togethers in general - so this is my go-to place. The consistency, thickness and taste of the noodles is 10/10 - even my family says they notice the difference when I cook with these!I usually order in bulk (80ish + lbs) since it's a drive from where I live and parking isn't great. I call ahead and ask to talk to someone who speaks English and make sure they set this amount aside for when I arrive. They're always very thankful for business and even help load my car. It's in Chinatown (a very congested area) so it's best if you can have someone wait in the car while another person runs in to pay!Yuen Hop never disappoints :)

A bit of a hole in the wall. Parking was hard since it was a busy weekend. The frozen dumplings and the fresh noodles were amazing. Really great price and healthy portions. Definitely worth a trip. Also bought some veggies which were fresh.

FRESH NOODLES! We come here to get Ee-Fu noodle for hot pot, thick noodles for the infamous garlic noodle, and fresh chow fun. It's cheaper the more poundage of noodle you purchase. We usually get the 5 cakes of Ee Fu noodle and the 10 pound bag of thick noodle ($13). Parking is tricky, so usually D drops me off and "double parks" while I run in.

Love that this place offers fresh tofu, noodles, and potsticker and wonton skins! They also have a nice variety of sauces and condiments- it's a good option to stop by if you need to grab something quick instead of making the trek to KP mart or Ranch 99

This is my go to place for won ton skins which has been around for years. My Dad used to get the won skins from here. YHC has a wide assortment of freshly made won ton skin wrappers, dumpling wrappers, spices, sauces, other bottled and canned items, and an assortment of vegetables and fruits at prices much better than your basic supermarkets.I come here to purchase the thin won ton skins, green onions and water chestnuts for my Dad's won ton recipe (60 years and counting). The won tons I make are along the lines of the ones that King Wah Restaurant made. The original Owner of King Wah said his secret was oyster sauce which is what my Dad used too.If you're making won ton, dumplings or noodles this is the place to get fresh noodles and wrappers. Love, love their product, can't make good won to. With fresh good wrappers.

Its a diamond in the rough, you know how aggressive those ladies can be with their pink bags looking for the best and freshest deal! My mom is included in that company and has been coming here for 40 years, rather thank piggybacking on her bounty I figured I should get my own since having kids. Their fresh noodles are BOMB especially in the 10 pound pack, its such a deal. We enjoy the thin ones which cook in 20 seconds or less, no one wants a soggy noodle, such heresy! PRO tip: they freeze very well, just bundle them into serving sizes for the family.
