Y So Sweet is an absolute delight! Their whimsical cotton candy tree is a sight to behold and a treat for the taste buds. The cupcakes and fruit tarts are not only beautiful but incredibly yummy too. Each bite is a burst of flavor and joy. Highly recommend indulging in their sweet creations! From start to finish, their communication, delivery and set up was exceptional!

I would NEVER recommend this business. I ordered donuts, cotton candy, and a few other items for a wedding desert table. The delivery time was for 2pm. 2pm came and went. The owner of Y So Sweet never called to say they would be running late! We actually called them multiple times and texted. They never answered at the times we called. The owner finally responds back at 3:23pm sorry I'm on my way. Once they arrived. They refused to bring the desert items into the banquet hall. They made a big deal trying to make it seem like they didn't understand the English language all of sudden. When I was giving very simple easy directions to walk into a accessible entrance on the 1st floor. They demanded that someone come out and get the items. Or they would leave with all the deserts. Being that all the desert items were purchased from their company. We had to find someone to come outside and get the deserts from her husband. Or there wouldn't have been a desert table for the wedding. Im convinced the reason they were refusing to bring the items in was that the banquet hall was in a well known black neighborhood. It makes me wonder had the customers been White or Asian or in a predominantly White or Asian neighborhood would they have gotten the same treatment. P.S. I've text messages and call log receiptsAs you see the business owner takes no accountability for her lack professionalism. Y'all have been warned. I also informed multiple event planners in the Bay Area to be aware of this business. Yin you were late for the delivery. There was only one 2pm set time for delivery. Not a window time frame. You're lying!!You never called and you didn't answer your phone. We had to constantly call you and text you. For you to even answer our calls and texts. You think customers who paid half of their money for you to delivery items they paid for. Are not going to be upset with a company not answering their phone. We were absolutely frustrated at hearing your lack of professionalism. If you gave a open time frame to deliver the items. Why apologize if you wasn't late?1st you said we said f**** you and get here. Then you add a KAREN Twist to it that we threatened you. (You should've called the police)You're Lying you were never threatened!!We however did ask for the deserts. Black folks beware of doing business with people like Y So Sweet company Lastly who delivers deserts to people who were threatening them smh

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Service was very accommodating to my busy schedule, desserts amazing, fruit tarts were like none I ever tasted, highly recommend! I ordered for Valentine's Day and it was a complete hit with my partner. I'll be coming back for sure!

I love Yin's cute sweet treats for party and have been ordering from her so many times this year! The latest was for my friend's gender reveal party! All of the sweets are very cute and kids love it! With the quality and customer service I received, this is the reason I keep coming back to her! Highly recommended!

Great experience with this bakery! Customized my order via text, paid via Venmo, picked up the day of the shower! The whole process was seamless. I requested the most eco friendly packaging as possible and she accommodated. They came in paper boxes, wax paper, and the spoons for the cheesecake shooters were wooden. They were delicious and so adorable! I would recommend!! & will be using again!

Ordered cotton candy favors for my sisters highschool graduation and of course they were perfect and delicious! Yin Lin is super easy to order from and work with, I definitely recommend her for your party treat needs.

Yin was so easy to work with! I reached out to see if she could assist with some sweets for a birthday party I was hosting and she definitely went above and beyond for us! Everything came out just perfect. There was a tiny hiccup along the way, but she made it right with us and I couldn't have been happier. We ordered the mini eclairs, mini merengues and a whole lot of cotton candy cones! She was able to customize a cute label on the cones and kept everything to a pink theme as requested! I will definitely be ordering from here again and recommending this shop to all my friends! Thank you for all your help!

Super cute dessert. Was easy to order on website and quick response time (was text messaged and emailed 4-5 hours after initial inquiry.). Pickup was easy. Given an address and picked up at the designated time.
