First off the service here is above and beyond. Walked in as a first timer and the staff was very accommodating and nice to our questions. The manager came and helped us order on the kiosk and gave us good recommendations. My aunt is vegan so she ordered the Argentina chimichurri. A strawberry lemonade, and world of fries. 10/10 everything highly recommend. The chimichurri is fresh, well balanced with a hint of spice. Very flavorful all the complements are well balanced. The fries are like potato wedges, not frozen, fresh with very good seasoning blend and they give you a good portion The lemonade is fresh, with real fresh strawberries and it wasn't too sweet, tangy and a nice balance. The shrimp TexMex fajita was so fresh and they make the wrap fresh to order so it's very soft with a nice crunch. The shrimp is seasoned to perfection and the vegetables in it with avocado balances so nice. The service is outstanding!!! This will be my new favorite place. If you're reading this review don't hesitate you will not be disappointed at all!!! Whatever you order will be great!!

Such good food and service! I've had a few different dishes from the surf and turf options...all were all delicious. I recommend the juices, too! The manager, Diego, really went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the food. The staff works hard and it shows in the quality of the meals and the cleanliness of the place.

I was in need of lunch to grab and meet up with some folks in the courtyard area of City Center. I took a look at World Wrapps and the sushi rice is what got me. So I decided let's try them out. In short, it was pretty good though it did kind of fell apart as I ate the nori wrap and unfortunately stained my pants! L O C A T I O NWorld Wrapps is located on the outside of City Center Bishop Ranch on the side with Starbucks and Mixt. The parking situation can be a bit crazy on that side, I ended up turning the corner and about to park in the parking garage before I found some easy parking outside closer to Sprinkles.I N S I D EYou have two kiosks to order at, one at the door and one closer to the kitchen area. There are plenty of tables inside as well as a few outside as an option. I noticed there was a water station which I helped myself top off my water bottle. What I didn't notice was if there were more napkins. I wish there were napkins to easily grab to get extra of as I didn't realize I'd need more than the one they put inside my bag.M E N UThere are a variety of options from bowls, quesadillas, to wraps (nori as well as flatbread). They even have boba so that might be something to try next time. Seemed pretty straight forward, you get a protein, veggies, and a carb all in a bowl or a wrap. I again was very intrigued with the Nori wrap options as I saw that there was sushi rice in the the wrap. I'm all for a good sushi rice folks. When ordering on the kiosk it gave you suggestions on additions and well, the upsell was convincing as the pineapple mint agua fresca was calling my name. So I added it too.~ Pineapple Mint Agua Fresca ~The pineapple mint agua fresca had lot of mini chunks of pineapple and a sprig of mint. It was a little sweet for my taste, but it went well with my food. It's been a while since I've had pineapple so it was a nice change.~ Furikake Salmon Nori Wrap ~It has as described: Roasted Fresh Salmon, Sushi Rice, Avocado, Sesame-Furikake Seasoning, Cucumber, Marinated Bean Sprouts, Pickled Carrot, Sesame-Soy Vinaigrette, Garlic Aioli. It was like eating a gigantic sushi roll. They cut it in half and unfortunately as I took my first bite into it, chunks of rice fell onto my pants. Sad. So there wasn't much structural integrity when eating the wrap. It still tasted delicious. I just wish I had more than one napkin in the bag with me to help clean up or perhaps double nori wrap would help with structural integrity? Now was it sushi rice? Not sure, but it was cooked well and went well with the rest of the ingredients.S E R V I C EThey were so friendly!!! Oh my goodness. My experience with folks just greeting me at the door, giving me my food...all very courteous and friendly. I'd come back just for the service.O V E R A L LI think there's work that needs to be done to help with making sure their nori wraps don't fall completely apart, but the flavors were a nice balance. I enjoyed it and the agua fresca refreshing. I'd definitely come back to try their other items if I'm ever in the area again and of course, enjoy their stellar customer service!

my family's been coming to World Wrapps for years, and I don't think I've ever left a review! If we're looking for a healthy takeout option, one of our favorites is the samurai salmon bowl, which is gluten-free, and my daughter and I we get it with half greens and half quinoa. We order online and pick up at the curb, and appreciate that convenience. It always looks clean when we go inside, even though we are just picking up our to go order.Check it out!

A great spot for a healthy lunch. Ace and the Team always make the best wraps and bowls. Perfect for those quick lunches when you want something that tastes as good as it looks.

This place has the best shrimp quesadillas! Perfectly crispy and the shrimp isn't dried out or over-done. Food leans on the healthier side. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Love this place!

Located at Bishop Ranch in San Ramon sits World Wrapps which serves, yes you guessed it: wraps! But not just wraps, they also have bowls, desserts and drinks. It seems they have boba as well. I saw they had an ube horchata so will have to come back for that! Also, It seems like you can turn any wrap into a bowl which is pretty awesome. It's fast casual where you pay at the kiosk and then you receive your food. I was waiting in line so maybe a minute until an employee came up to me and asked if I knew what I wanted. He had a device on him to ring up my order. Pretty cool I didn't have to wait in that line.I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap which came wrapped in a flatbread. Contents inside were grilled chicken (I appreciated the char on it), lettuce, croutons, Caesar dressing topped with Parmesan. To me, I felt it could have needed more Caesar dressing. Pro tip if you like it saucy like me, to ask for a side of Caesar. I feel like it was a bit dry without it. Service was exceptional as staff kept coming around asking how was my meal and if I needed anything. They recommended hot sauce which I picked Cholula. It did add a nice spice to it but took away from the flavors of the wrap.I would definitely come back to try more of their wraps. The menu seems to be international from Asian wraps to Mexican wraps (yes I only picked a Caesar, what can I say? I had a craving!) I think it's a nice lunch spot without feeling too full. On their site, it says made with fresh, globally ingredients so that's a huge plus in my book. Check out World Wrapps in San Ramon at Bishop Ranch!

Ordered takeout and we got a shrimp fajita quesadilla and a chicken shawarma wrap with the green spinach tortilla instead. The quesadilla was tasty and the wrap was too, but it was a bit bland overall. It lacked the traditional shawarma taste but the menu here has decent options for healthier food. I'd probably try something different next time but it seems like they have more & different options.

Our wraps came out fresh and were delicious. And the service was excellent. We will be retuning soon!
