Just had my brother's wedding here! There's a kitchen and a patio area. The owner was nice enough to let us set up the night before which was very generous of them!

I am soley writing this review as an attendee of a party. I don't know prices or anything like that.I attended a 40th Birthday Masquerade party this past Saturday and boy was I impressed! This place is PERFECT for just about anything: wedding, birthday shower, reception, birthday party. The grounds are really nice. Lots of space inside for tables and chairs, a big stage and a nice dance floor. There is also a really nice outside patio. Lots of street parking, but there is also a public parking lot just a few blocks away. I would definitely recommend this venue!

My husband and I had our wedding RECEPTION here on April 2, 2016.We absolutely loved the venue and it was perfect for the guest list we had! There are a couple minor reasons why I only provided a 4 star rating, which I have fund to be quite common with other renters of this venue:1) I truly believe they should have a variety of different seating charts based on different events and/or weather you'd be having a dance floor or not. We had to change our seating chart several times because, for us, it was a little difficult to envision exactly where the tables should go and try to keep a decent sized dance floor. If that's something you excel at, then no problem! They will help you put together a seating chart. However, in our situation it never seamed to work out. We actually had to move one table the night before when we were setting up to accommodate our buffet tables for our caterer (which was La Cabana in Suisun; HIGHLY recommend!). 2) They were difficult to reach at times, but when I did get a hold of them, they answered all my questions. Once we were on the phone for about a half hour just chit chatting. I realize that for anxious brides, this could cause some more anxiety. In the end, it all worked out. Their event coordinator, Helen, was always where she said she would be to meet us to collect our deposit, rental fee, proof of insurance and to collect the keys the day before and after our event. They are usually there Sunday afternoons showing the venue and collecting keys from events the night before so that's a good place to catch someone if you have questions :) We loved being able to set up the day before our event. We got the keys at about 2pm. We set up within about 2 hours with the help of family and friends. We were able to set up everything! All the details and everything were safe and sound over night. Clean up was simple. As long as you leave it as you found it, you won't have any problems. I suggest coming back the morning after (before you turn the keys back in) and going around outside to make sure every little piece of garbage is picked up. We got our entire deposit back which was amazing and unexpected! The grounds are beautiful. We had some really nice photos around the venue and downtown Suisun is like a 5 minute walk or less to take some beautiful photos in front of the old buildings or by the waterfront. In your big poofy wedding gown, you'll have no problem walking. If I did it, so could you (and your maid of honor to hold your train) :) The price is reasonable and affordable. I love that it's all hardwood floor so you can have your dance floor anywhere!I would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a venue for their event.

Such a beautiful venue but extremely disappointed in the lady who's in charge. I am a wedding planner who decided to help out a friend with her wedding and have never dealt with a person who runs a venue being so rude. Information she gave us months ago which created us to choose this location was then taken away the day of the wedding. There are many questions asked prior to renting this location we felt as if she lied to us just to get us to book this location that is not fair to the bride and groom who had a vision for their wedding, which was then taken away the day of. The carpet we were asked to us on the stage for the DJ was covered in stains that smelled like cat pee. Not enough trash bins were given to us as well, we had to take trash home with us. Never felt with that at a venue in all my years.

Wednesday Club of Suisun was an excellent choice for a big space to hold our daughter's 1st birthday. Helen, event manager for the hall, is very helpful and knowledgeable and can recommend venders for party needs. This is a very affordable venue, classic chandelier, high ceiling hall, full kitchen w/ commercial fridge and freezer, 3 bathrooms, and gorgeous back yard setting. We had a very successful and memorable birthday for our daughter. Would highly recommend this area w/o spending a grip for rental space.

I've read the reviews from the other customers of the Wednesday Club and they're all pretty much glowing. However, lovely pictures of the beautiful bride and handsome groom standing under the gazebo don't tell the whole story. How about a review written by a man, the father of the bride and the guy who paid the bill. I tend to look at things from a different perspective. Wednesday Club reminds me of that ageing Hollywood star who is past her prime, but doesn't accept it. You know, the lady who puts on too much rouge on her cheeks, can't get her lipstick on straight, and goes overboard with the perfume. Wednesday Club is past its prime and needs some serious updating. 1. There are but three toilets in the whole facility. One each for males and females in the front foyer. There is another hidden back in the kitchen. Their feeder line to the city sewer line in the street plugged up with grease (not our fault) about 1-1/2 hours before our event finished. All three toilets plugged up and some of our guests had to drive to other businesses in Old Town to use the bathroom. Not good. One other reviewer had a toilet problem also. The rental manger said that we would receive some discount on our rental fee and we did.2. The club is in the residential area of old Suisun City and the building dates from the 1920's. Parking is very limited. There is a small parking lot but it's up to the patrons to monitor it during their event so that local residents don't take up the parking. Most of your guests will have to park in the neighborhood and walk to the club. Many of the walking paths around the building are brick pavers and are starting to "heave up" from tree roots and shrubs and present tripping hazards for guests and kids running around.3. The kitchen was not clean. We had a catered affair so it was not a concern for us, but with the restrictions that they put on renters and the $500 cleaning deposit they require, I would expect to walk into a perfect place that would pass a white glove inspection. Additionally, we had to wipe down all of the tables they provided before we could use them. One reviewer said that you get the place from Friday night through Sunday morning. The typical rental is by the hour, although they do have a daily rate available. We had the place from noon until 7 pm for a reception. That included set up, the reception, and clean up. Bottom line is if you're on a budget, this place is ok. Do some shopping around because there are better choices out there. Do a thorough walk through with the rental manager and don't be afraid to ask questions. Present scenarios like "if the toilets get plugged up, will I get dinged for the plumber's service call?" Take "before" photos and note any descrepancy you come across. You may have to present a case to the manager to get your cleaning deposit. Likewise, shop around for a caterer. The one referred to us by the rental manager wasn't the best choice.

Beautiful location and honestly one of the best priced venues in town. Although it's on the smaller side, it holds a good amount of people while still having space to create a dance floor. I had this place for my quince several years ago, and it was absolutely beautiful, all my friends and family gave compliments about the great venue. I was surprised that they even had a nice little bridal room inside the building, although I didn't prepare myself for the party in there I would assumed it would be helpful for weddings.

I'm solely writing the review as a guest. This is an older building with two toilets up front and overall the hall is pretty small. It can get rather crowded and claustrophobic when filled to capacity. Parking is very limited and you don't want to drive down to the end of Sacramento street or Solano to park, unless you want to see abandoned stripped cars up on blocks and other trash strewed along the shore line. Whatever you do - don't park in front of the apartment on the corner of School and Solano street. A very rude and uneducated family in a blue early 2000's Camry tried to box me in, demanding I back up because they lived there and needed to park. When I left they proceeded to yell and use the "B" word with me - so original lol. Pict included of where not to park!

I went there with my family to view this place for my wedding possibly, and the lady who was there was very rude, she didn't even give us a tour she stayed in the kitchen or even try to make me feel like I want to have my wedding there, customer service was just terrible, she knew when I set up my appointment what I was there for and when I asked her I she had any paperwork I can take home, she proceeded to tell me that she has a contract but I could not take it with me, what kind of shit is that. There is no way I would spend my hard earned money with a place like that, especially for my wedding, I'm already stressed out enough.
