Vallarta Restaurant

I came here a very long time ago on Valentine's Day. It was absolutely packed in for an extremely good reason.Everything was absolutely delicious, drinks were strong. Service is great. We had gotten a fried fish and it was the best I've ever had.

We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! Upon entering, we were greeted by charming decorations and a nostalgic old-school vibe, complete with bar seats reminiscent of a classic diner. The staff was incredibly attentive and bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English.We specifically came for the fish tacos, and they did not disappoint. The two-taco plate, accompanied by rice and beans, was thoughtfully split for us to share. The tacos were bursting with flavor, enhanced by slices of lemon and orange for that perfect squeeze of citrus. The pico de gallo was flavorful, and a dash of habanero salsa added just the right amount of heat. The only downside was the steep price of $25 for two fish tacos.We also enjoyed a Michelada, expertly made with just the right balance of ingredients and a beautiful garnish.

Delicious Mexican food with a festive ambiance due to the colorful decorations and music. They have a decent drinks menu and seemed pretty packed.The main knocks are that we had to flag the servers a few times for help and it's a bit tricky for parking as their lot is mainly for residents living in the adjacent buildings.

Food was good. Interior was very pretty. I had the chimichanga and it was delicious. Would come again.

I recently tried this Mexican spot, and the food was both tasty and well-seasoned. The hospitality really stood out--the staff made sure we were taken care of from the moment we walked in. I ordered the grilled chicken with chilaquiles on the side, and it did not disappoint. Their portions are also very great sized The only issue was the parking. It's a bit tricky since the place is small, so it's best to get there early to grab a table. You'll need to find parking on the street or across the way, but despite that, I'd definitely go back the next time I'm in the Bay Area.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. Kind of hard to find a good sit down, Mexican restaurant with authentic taste and flavor. This spot did it for me! The only other local spot I'd consider good is La Piñata but even then it is hit or miss and typically very busy! For me personally, parking was a bit stressful since it's limited and on a fairly busy street but once you get inside you're welcomed by staff and sat quickly. It was Sunday around 11am not much of a wait! They checked on us a few times to make sure all was good. I will definitely be back to try more dishes! Yum!!

estuve hay no hace mucho. Está limpio el lugar. Lo que me sorprendió cuando llegó la cuánta un pescado $40 dólares pregunté porque me dijeran que depende que día es. Pues el menú no traia precio. EsMi experiencia y fue la última ves que fui

I can't believe I have not written a review for this location yet. I have been going here for over 11 years. The food has never failed but the service is up and down depending when you go. It is a small location but the music is never too loud and the ambiance is calm quiet. This time I ordered one of my favorites the Campechana. As always, there's always too much food for one sitting and it's fresh and delicious. My husband ordered the carne asada with chilaquiles. The chilaquiles were a little too tomato-y for him but the asada is always soooooo good! The service was slow the last time we went and it wasn't busy. The server even forgot the second drink my husband ordered. Nonetheless the food is too good and we'll keep coming back regardless of the service and that's saying something for me.

I had the cheeseburger don't judge me it always hit the spot lol , and we also had chilaquiles it was good but was lacking flavor ? Like the salsa for the chips were fire . We added that too it . Other than that it was good . Definitely will be backTo try other dishes . I love the decor I really felt transported backTo Mexico . The waitress was so pretty and kind . And they had alll the hits playing . Yatra yatraaaaaaa

First off, best service ever. I've NEVER had three different people check on me to see how everything was going. Second, they have this amazing homemade salsa that tastes like minced pickles jalapeños, onions and carrots. We had the crab and shrimp enchiladas with red and green sauce, a burrito smothered in cheese and green sauce and two drinks. We're coming back for sure.
