We came here on a Friday evening and this place definitely gets packed! The overall restaurant is big, but the waiting area, very small. The service is pretty quick. They're kind of quick about wanting to take your order and the food comes out pretty quickly and it was so good! The portions are amazing and can definitely feed 3-4 people for one dish. Also, I loved the amount of sides they give! Other places, I've maybe only had like 5 sides, but they're giving you like 15! Definitely see why this place is popular!

honestly very overhyped Korean restaurant. Went around 6pm when it was pretty crowded but was able to be seated within 5-10 minutes. After ordering, the waitress forcefully grabbed the menu out of my hands. I understand that it is pretty crowded and hectic but at least do it in a nicer manner. For our drinks we got free hot tea, tasted like your average hot tea nothing special. Throughout our meal we did not get any service or attention at all. Which again is understandable since it was crowded and busy. But very poor impression there. On to the food, the well known banchans. The variety is a plus however the taste and quality of it was mid tier and inconsistent. The initial round of banchans, I really liked the bean sprouts. The second round it was too salty which made me reconsider. The only decent side dish would be their kimchi and nothing can go wrong with the kimchi. The ones that kind of stood out was their apple, seaweed, and bok choy. Still not the best but bearable. I had better side dishes from other restaurants. The beef tofu soup had a salty taste to it. The beef itself was very questionable. I was expecting the soft spiral beef that is known in all tofu soups. Instead, I received beef jerky. It was dry and chewy. The texture of the beef itself made me not finish the soup or want to continue finishing it. The chicken and beef bibimbap was better but had no flavor to it. For the price, you'd expect a large sharing bowl but it looked like it was a proportioned for one person. The beef was way better than the beef in the soup because it was thin and had a nice texture to it. It made me wonder, why wasn't this beef used in the soup? This dish was slightly better than the soup but still I had better bibimbap from other restaurants. Overall, I would not come back again.

Came with a friend for dinner around 7pm on a Monday night and were seated immediately. The restaurant is located in a plaza so there was plenty of parking. Like other similar restaurants, it's super casual, so if you're like me and looking a little haggard after work, you don't have to worry about dressing up lol. Moments after sitting down, two different waitresses came up to ask what we wanted to order. I had not looked at the menu yet so I definitely needed a few more minutes. We both ended up ordering the pork tofu soup, and a few minutes after ordering, all the side dishes came out. A few minutes later our tofu soups were ready! Service was super fastI had never seen such a TINY egg come with tofu soup (it was so adorable). I had opted for mild spice, which was perfect for me as someone who doesn't handle spice super well, and although nothing compares to BCD down in SoCal, this definitely satisfies the tofu soup craving, and I think this is one of the better ones I've had in the bay.Heads up that their kitchen closes a little early, so make sure to ask for banchan refills before then!! Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

The service was amazing! The server was very personable and would check up on us frequently. For the prices, you get a good portion of food plus the included sides. It does get pretty busy and they have a small waiting area so be prepared to wait outside.

Love their small plates, 12 types of pickles which are awesome and almost all are delicious.4 stars because of the soon tofu soup, it was too salty, maybe the cook accidentally added too much salt. The bibimbap and the seafood pancakes were average.

Wife and I went to dinner with my ex, her husband, my son and two teenage daughters.Came here on a Sunday at 6pm. They seated us in a 6 person booth plus 2 more at an adjacent table. Average ambiance, a bit noisey. Good service as plates came out quickly. The $25 seafood pancakes were hot, crisp, enough to feed 8, but could have been more tasty, and more shrimp. The $20 seafood beef tofu dish came with too little seafood and beef, and too small a portion of tofu. The shrimp were on the small side, unshelled, with legs and head in the broth. The $35 bulgogi was outstanding, tender and moist, delicious, and went well with the large slices of onions cooking on the hot plate. Not too fond of the $38 beef octopus, but everyone else loved it. Didn't taste any beef. In a spicy tomato sauce. The $32 chicken teriyaki portion size was small, and the sauce had too much sugar, but tasty and tender dark meat. The $24 pork dolsot came in an iron bowl with a thin layer of crusted rice. Not enough pork for the large portion of white rice. The $39 LA galbi tasted like a good steak, but could only feed 3, as portion size on the small size for the price. Came with sissors to cut the meat.Ex went to the bathroom. Soon a long line for the women's restroom. Turned out my ex had fallen asleep on the toilet!

Nice Korean restaurant in Cupertino. It get very busy during lunch time. Lucky we arrived when just opened and we get seated immediately. You need to have all your party before they will give you the table. The re are various items in the menu. We ordered Bossum, seafood pancake, oyster tofu soup and galbi. All are yummy except the seafood pancake even though it is crunchy, it feel too flourly and thick. The service was quick. We got our order within minutes. The banchan is yummy. So many banchan. Love the kimchi and cucumber. Overall it was very good lunch.

Clam Soon Tofu was the best item we ordered. Korean food is always on the more expensive side, so it was fairly priced.Service was not great. Never refilled out water. Hard to flag down people. I understand that it is noisy and busy inside, but service did not feel universal to all patrons.Just ok for me. Won't be my go to at all. It was nice to try.

We went on Friday night, place was buzzing but wait time was handled swiftly. Got our table in 10 min. Free Tea and Banchan were immediately brought out. It was cold outside that day so warm tea was perfect touch. Orders were taken quickly and in a short time all our orders showed up. Go with a party that is comfortable with family style dining and you will enjoy this place the best. Get yourself one of each of the followingappetizer, soup and noodles or tofu soups, fish, jungsik, bibimbap. Amazing Korean food (different than the popular Korean bbq style). I request the restaurant to add Jajangmyeon. Will definitely be back.

this has been my new go-to korean spot for a while now. I think what makes them special in the abundance of Korean spots in the Bay Area is their incredible spread of side dishes. Every single time I die in there they always greet us with 10+ side dishes, and they are very generous with refills for almost all of them except their special of the day.I usually order their BOSSAM and find that this place does a really good job of making sure the pork is very flavorful and tender without being overly chewy or have a weird aftertaste like other places. They taste very fresh and I can tell that they marinate their meat very well. It also usually comes with a side of cabbage, radish, papers, and typical BOSSAM sides. I've also ordered the tofu soup here a couple of times and I think it is a decent option however, definitely not the best in this area. The soup is flavorful, but it's more on the watery side, and I think they sometimes skimp on the proteins. However, it's definitely a solid option when I am here craving a tofu soup. Parking is typically easy to find because it's in a huge lot with a bunch of stores but during peak lunch or dinner hours you might have to park in the garage. Service here is also pretty good. The servers are quite attentive when there's not a huge dinner or lunch rush. They do a great job of refilling our side dishes.
