The Town Kitchen

The Town Kitchen catered breakfast and lunch our office for a few days during Covid and it was some of the best catered food I've had! While I didn't deal with logistics and only ate the meals, I appreciated how each item was packaged - you could tell they used good safety measures and took good care of how to prep them each time. The food was delicious! There were so many options, including vegetarian and vegan which were labeled well, as well as allergen information. They even provided alternative milk options for coffee/tea. Just wanted to shout out the Town Kitchen for the delicious food they catered. Thank you!

The Town Kitchen catered a full hot luncheon for teachers at our school this afternoon and did a stellar job! The food was delivered by two delightful staff on time with every need covered. It was beautifully prepared, presented and absolutely delicious. It was a huge hit and both the veggie and meat options were enjoyed by all. With a mission to empower underserved youth, this is not your ordinary corporate caterer- this is a truly special experience to enjoy a perfect meal with a purpose. A shout out to Elijah and Luna for being total pros and a delight to deal with. I can't thank you enough for the great experience and will recommend you enthusiastically to anyone looking for a great dining event.

Yummy! Had their sandwiches and pastries at Filoli (which was kind funny to drive all the way to Woodside only to eat food from the town...) They were super fresh and delicious, and unique ingredients. Really enjoyed the squash, pear and goat cheese combo. I'll be heading to their location soon to get some more!

Nice catering service for our lunch seminar. The box contains either a salad(for veggie) or a sandwich with chicken or pork, plus the town punch! I also got a cappuccino pudding in my box, which I liked a lot!They also have allergy watch on top of each box!

I love The Town Kitchen! We've ordered their lunch boxes for our nonprofit on at least 12+ occasions for lunch/ board meetings, and they never disappoint. The lunches are locally sourced/ produced, and they have really delicious meals like smoked trout salad (I'm a sucker for it) and other delicious meat/ veggie options. You can track the lunches to make sure they're getting to you on time, and they have a great community angle -- employing at-risk youth in their kitchen/ delivery process. Love them!!

During a recent film shoot we had The Town Kitchen cater lunch on set - and it was awesome! The food was on time and delicious (I personally had some really tasty vegetarian soba noodles with tofu), and the staff was really friendly and easy to work with. I'll definitely use them again!

Awful. Luna and Maria who manage logistics/admin for 'The Town' are in need of customer service training and with my experience of them, very unprofessional. BOTH have HORRIBLE communication skills. Thank goodness not all their employees lack manners, Noelle and Elijah represent this organization very well.Experience with 'the town' was and has been terrible will NEVER USE them again. NEVER. TIP: 'Town' when you commit to providing a service to your customers, you should provide it. If for any reason you cannot meet the criteria you set out, (it happens from time to time, due to for unforeseen circumstances), then you as the service provider should communicate the issue to your customer asap with a solution, be sympathetic, take responsibility and apologize for your errors...being monotone and passive aggressive to an already sensitive situation which YOU created for your customer is extremely unhelpful and does not represent the organization you work for well. My experience with their pickup service on multiple occasions has been beyond disappointing. Too much to post and go into but the above and the latter is the overall reason for the one star.

This review is for catering only - I have no idea about the restaurant.We had pho bowls today : tofu, lemongrass pork, thick rice? noodles, vegan broth, sprouts, green onions, lime, mushrooms, etc. Three problems:- some of the pork was raw; while some other parts were hard and chewy. They were big cuts which are hard to cut with "potato ware".- broth was lukewarm.- broke plastic serving spoons on the noodles, which had clumped.Hopefully it was just a mishap and we were unlucky.

During the pandemic they are delivering prepared meals, bakery items, and groceries including hard to find items like tp and yeast! We got groceries and one of their pork family meals for 4 (they have vegetarian options too). Really yummy and huge portions too! Delivery is contactless and was very efficient, though you have to order three days in advance. $100 minimum.
