It's true. Eating big cupcakes that they have, will leave you wanting more! They are so good! Last we had: the carrot cake, with raisins, pineapple, and other fruity flavors, but it was mainly a carrot cake. My husband had a fudge chocolate cupcake. I think the name of that one was called, Rocky Balboa.Yes, it's pretty pricy, but hey, it's actually worth it. One in a while won't hurt! Treat yo self! They are usually parked on the street, behind trees. So, don't think that they are never there. They are almost always there. Just not with the other food trucks, most times.

Found them at Alameda's Off The Grid, Saturday Food Truck event and their big mangonada signage led me here. They sell lots of desserts in the truck but all I was interested in was their mangonada! $7 for a cup of mango goodness and chamoy. Probably the best I've had in the longest time. Definitely check this truck out when you can!

BEST CUPCAKE IN THE BAY AREA!!! Hands down, this place really nails it! Not only are their cupcakes big, but they are reasonably priced, flavorful, and will leave you wanting more. Like seriously, I'm mad I didn't grab two for myself and even contemplated the one I bought for my mom (so you know it must be good if I'm trying to take it from my mom). What really impressed me was the light and fluffiness of the icing (whipped buttercream at its finest!) and also the moistness of the cake. Usually one or the other is compromised, but both were just right and really melted in my mouth. Is it sad that now I will probably plan my days around trying to figure a way to make it to this place across the bay just to taste their delectable treats again? Possibly. Or it's the mark of a really great baker! Either way, I'm a fan and look forward to cyber stalking this truck to get my fix as needed!!

Off the Grid at the Oakland Museum. I LOVE The Sweet Spot! The mangonadas are so good! My friend also had one of their cookie ice cream sundaes. I can't remember the name of it. It was a macadamia nut cookie, coconut ice cream, & whipped cream. It was gooooooood! My only problem is they're not at Off the Grid enough.
