Such a fantastic venue. Joanne promptly responded to our questions, and helped us throughout the planning process. My wedding planner and I visited the venue a handful of times to perfect the details. Joanne was accommodating and incredibly kind. During our wedding day, we had nothing but fun. It was absolutely phenomenal. Can't recommend The Old Homestead enough.

Such a perfect place to host a party. The price was right and the crew is extremely easy to work with.

Wonderful and romantic venue. It is clean, spacious and historical.I participated in the fair as one of the vendors: Dina's Deluxe Events.Jen and Joanne were excellent organizers and they know the venue so well! They will answer any questions and will make you feel like at home!The venue can host up to 150 guestsNow that I know this venue it will be a pleasure to plan and design more events here!

The Old Homestead is a beautiful venue for a wedding. The lights were perfect and the grounds are stunning in May. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. They made sure it was a special day for us!

I am a member of the Carquinez Women's Club that manages The Old Homestead. I have been an involved with events from many angles and last night was my first as a guest. I won the Gourmet Dinner raffle that raises money to support this historic venue. Our guests were blown away with the extraordinary attention to detail throughout the evening. It was one of the most special dinners ever with the glow of candles on a rainy winter night, the twinkle of the outdoor lights through the rain on the windows with beautifully set table and delicious dinner. We were greeted with bubbles upon arrival and a charcuterie board that had the best goat cheese anyone had ever had. It will be a cherished memory to look back on for many years to come.

My cousin Elizabeth was married here on 7-31-21 and the wedding was incredible due in large part to the venue being at The Old Homestead. On my way to the location, my GPS acted up a little trying to find it but really there's no way you can miss it with the huge parking lot out in front of the building. It was an impressive venue that hosted appx. 100 guests. There was space enough for dancing and the caterers set up tables on the deck for dinner. Located in a secluded area of Crockett which was a big plus since it kept the surrounding noise to a minimum. The bright and sunny day along with the beautiful garden all came together nicely to give a Summer vibe to the wedding. And the bride and groom couldn't have been happier with their dream wedding at such a memorable location.

The Venue was amazing. Everything went smoothly, but management then added bogus charges in final payment. I don't recommend this facility at all to anyone. Charged an extra $1,120 after my original payments. They didn't even use my refundable deposit towards this $1,120. So I was actually charged $1,620Update 9/8/2018 7:11pmCommunicating with management about charges and they try be shifty and pull communication off email and to letters. That way there is no communication trail.

Seven years ago I attended a wedding at The Old Homestead and was blown away by the presentation and simpleness of this venue. When I got engaged I knew right away this is where I wanted to get married. The venue has since upgraded and looks more beautiful than the first time I visited. While planning my wedding, Keri (event coordinator) was extremely helpful and punctual when sending emails. The only trouble I had was reaching out to Maureen's (event set up) assistant to submit my plot plan which became confusing at first as I thought I'd send my information specifically to Maureen. Maureen's assistant Michael is whom you submit your plot plan and payment to, but again Keri made sure that my plot plan arrived before the wedding. If you plan to use their set up plan, which I found to be affordable and convenient, make sure you know about reaching out to Maureen and her assistant. The day of my wedding was absolutely perfect and how I imagined! This budget friendly venue was a definite perk and let's you bring in your own vendors, which is a plus! Our wedding was a DIY inspired wedding, so taking the lead on letting our ideas become a reality was able to happen within this venue. There was also a separate changing area for the bride and bridesmaids if you plan on getting ready here. Overall, The Old Homestead exceeded my expectation and made our wedding day absolutely perfect!

My wife and I wanted to have the wedding close to home and searched up 'wedding venues near Vallejo'. We found the Old Homestead. We spoke with Joanne and after seeing the venue + touring, we knew it was where we wanted to get married there.- Loved the hanging lights all throughout the yard- Venue is a good mix of indoor and outdoor. Very spacious. Our guests really loved the venue as well - You have the freedom to choose your own vendors without an outside vendor fee. - Joanne is very helpful and responsive throughout the planning process and will even have suggestions! - A big parking lot
