$7 (cash) for this vanilla latte, and staff wouldn't add cream when I asked because they would have to "charge a lot more" for it.... Ridiculous price for a latte of this size. In terms of taste, it is mediocre. Not the worst, but espresso is not strong at all, I thought I got an iced coffee at first. Pretty disappointed! Seems like this used to be the go to spot, guess things have changed :(

I walked right by this "lab" for years without ever trying it. Recently, I stepped up to order a (double) macchiato and paid $4 cash for it. The coffee, served in a paper cup, was bitter and really off-putting. The beans might have been damaged by light exposure, and I suspect that the pull was over-extracted.At other spots on campus, you can get a much better version of the same drink, at the same price. In addition, you can specify your drink to be "for here" (served in a ceramic cup) at most places.Reading other Yelp reviews, I conclude that the good move is to show up with your own coffee mug and ask for a drip coffee. The price is apparently much lower, and the quality is perfectly acceptable. I will try that at least one time to see if this ploy really works.

Loved coming here in undergrad for a small iced mocha and some baked goods if I was really feeling it. Prices are very reasonable. They used to be cash only but I'm glad they do card now! There does tend to be a line between lecture times (MWF on the hour and TTh every 1.5 hours) so watch out for that. Staff is always super pleasant! I still think about their iced mochas, they bring good college memories.

I really love The Coffee Lab! I have tried multiple sandwiches and loved them all. Recently I tried the Chicken Breast Salad Sandwich. It was really flavorful, a little on the saltier side but still really good. My go to drink order is their Mocha. It's really rich and not overly sweet. It's also really convenient that it's on campus.I can't wait to try their entire menu!

Decent espresso when you're in need of one on campus! It was a little too smooth and a little chalky for my preference.

This is my favorite place to get coffee on campus. It's in a convenient location close to a couple of my classes. This place is cash only so be prepared. The prices here are really good considering I get a medium cafe ah lait every time and it ends up being 2.50 when a small at Peet's is 2.70. Or any coffee at Phil'z is 4 dollars and up.The coffee itself is good in that it's basic and does not taste burnt, unlike most other small coffee shops around and in campus. It can be a little weak though. They also have food here but be prepared if you come later in the day they'll be out of most breads and bagels. The people who work here are all very nice and quick. 10/10 best campus cafe

Favorite place to get coffee on campus! It's a tiny little kiosk in Hilldebrand Hall's courtyard (which has benches and tables and is lovely on a nice day) with decent coffee. It's not the best you'll ever have, but it gets the job done and you can't beat the prices or the service! $2.50 for a medium latte is unheard of around these parts. It's always served up quick and the people are nice. They also carry pastries, candy bars, and other snacky things. Only downside is that it's cash only.

One of the best places to get coffee on and around campus. Working in the chemistry department, this place is only a few seconds away with friendly baristas and great coffee. They also serve coffee/tea and pastries before department seminars which are excellent as well.

Bagels are some of the best I've ever had. They all have lots of toppings and bagels are toasted till crispy. However, They are quite expensive with most bagels costing 12 dollars and their salmon one (the best one) costing 14.

Free Speech Movement Cafe in disguise, which itself is just Cafe Strada in disguise. Except this time there are fewer options and no actual location. Oh yeah, and the Chai tea costs $7.50 and tastes like [REDACTED] served in an eco cup.
