The Clubhouse at Boundary Oak

The PROs: Angelique, the event coordinator, was so helpful, patient and, accommodating. We were allowed to come in the morning of the event to decorate. The event staff were very friendly and helped us with cleaning up and putting away our decorations at the end of the night. The venue was beautiful and clean. The bartenders were awesome.The CONS: food was very inconsistent and bland. The plating was very poor. Some guests had more food than others. We'd book here again.

I don't usually write reviews, but I figured they were very much needed for our wedding vendors. The venue is located in the hills and looks over the town. It has a water fountain outside of the ceremony site. There were plenty of areas to get great photos. The bridal suite was large enough that there was plenty of room to fit 9 people to do hair and makeup, with 3 stations basically in their own corner. We had the Mira Vista room for our cocktail hour and the banquet hall for the reception. Both places had plenty of room for all our guests (70 guests overall). We worked with Angelique, who was really awesome. She answered all our questions and was responsive to our emails. She was organized and clear about directions and our timeline during the rehearsal. She was attentive and kept me up to date on everything on the day of the wedding. They have multiple packages that you can add or take away, which is great. Every one of our guests enjoyed themselves and did not have any complaints. Angelique and this venue made our special day even more special that we can look back on.

I attended a wedding held at this venue. The venue itself is within a golf course, so it is expected that you will see golf patrons around the grounds with their golf carts.The ceremony was held outdoors along the golf course edge overlooking their water pond. It was very intimate but big enough to accommodate all of the guests. Happy Hour was held indoors and there was ample room to mingle along with the outside patio for fresh air. On this particular evening, it was bit chilly outside, so we stayed indoors and there was plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable.The reception room is your standard ball room with tables around a nice sized dance floor. The bridal suite is large and could accommodate large bridal party to relax prior to all of the festivities.Staff was very helpful and kind. The food served was decent. Your average wedding faire. Overall, this was a very nice venue to have an evening wedding with ample parking and directions getting in and out are very easy to follow. Overall, I would recommend to those looking for a venue to host their wedding.

Had my daughters party here on Sunday. The staff wasAmazing. Bartenders were great! We had a large group of kids and they made sure to only serve non-alcoholic beverages to them. We had over 200 people and everything was set up extremely nice. There was plenty of room to dance and move around. Love that the bar is semi separate from the main area. All details were executed perfectly. Thank you!

The staff were very pleasant & attentive. The venue was very clean including the ladies restroom, except 2 of the digital sinks were not completely operational. The dinner buffet was ok, the Chicken Picata was dry, needed more sauce, the Braised Beef was excellent, the Pasta Salad barely had dressing, rolls & butter very fresh, Scalloped Potatoes were very good, Caesar salad was good, steamed Squash needed more butter & the oatmeal raisin cookies & the chocolate chip cookies were very good. I was told one of alumni made the beautiful sugar cookies. All-in-All a great success.

We had our wedding here and overall we had a great time, as did our guests. Below I'm listing the pros and cons (the reason that I'm taking off a star):Pros-they give you a foursome round of golf as part of your package, which my husband who golfs, loves and it's good through for one year from the date of the wedding-Beautiful outdoor setting makes for great pictures-Indoor cocktail area has a beautiful panoramic view of the outdoors-Bridal Suite is huge and also has a panoramic view of the outdoors-Food is great and good portions.-They made an exception for us and allowed us to bring some outside fruit-They also waived some of the fees for some items in the wedding package, which we were extremely grateful for.-For what we received from the wedding package the price was very reasonable, especially compared to other venues that we looked at-Plenty of parkingCons-We asked them to put candles at our guest tables and they didn't. Perhaps there was a miscommunication?-Our wedding package included a guest book. Our venue coordinators later got switched and the new venue coordinator insisted it wasn't included. We found out later that it was but in the meantime I had to spend some time last minute before the wedding to buy one-We asked them that we wanted to hire our own DJ for the wedding, but we discovered after making the final payment that they still charged us for the in-house DJ. They did, however refund us for it, which we were very grateful.-We were told by some guests that they took a while to cut and serve the cake. My husband noticed that too. They also gave us one of the tiers of the wedding cake. We had said that we didn't want to keep the top tier and I'm not sure if they cut the backup sheet that I got first (I had assumed that they'd cut the wedding cake itself first). We now have part of our wedding cake saved in the freezer which is fine, lol-We noticed some golfers and golf carts at our wedding even though it was near the ceremony site. We had expected this though but would have preferred if it was completely closed off. Overall, if you are looking for a beautiful wedding venue with reasonable pricing, this is it. Thank you to Tyler, who no longer works there and Melissa (assuming she still does) for helping us have a fabulous and fun wedding!

We had our 60th High School Reunion at Boundary Oak with a total of 94 guests. The whole evening was amazing. We had the Mira Vista Bar Room plus the vista Room and the adjoining balcony was also ours. Everyone just loved the view, the dinner, the whole setup. The staff was so great, courteous, professional, thoughtful and wonderful! We ended up with 4 additional guests and the staff immediately brought in 2 smaller tables to accommodate us without any problem. Thank you, Angelique, for taking such care of us during the past 6 months. It was a pleasurable experience and I expect to be here at our 70th reunion.

Working at this venue is always a delight. The staff is accommodating and professional, and the venue provides a stunning setting for our floral designs. Highly recommend for any event!

We just celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary at the Clubhouse at Boundary Oak and it could not have been better. The setting, food and service were amazing. Working with Angelique was so easy. When last minute changes came up she handled everything. I did not have to do a thing.

Angelique Taylor, the Director of Weddings & Events, is a gem! I'm a professional event planner with Rundles and Associates, and along with two other women, we've produced 12 events in 2023, so we have plenty of experience with on-site event planners. Angelique is a true professional in every sense of the word. Angelique is attentive, responsive (rare these days), knowledgeable about her venue and current trends, and always open to new ideas. I hope Boundary Oak truly understands the level of dedication and pride Angelique takes in her profession.
