We had our wedding at the club at Castlewood this past weekend and it was incredible. The venue is not only beautiful, the staff is also kind, accommodating, and so professional. I specifically have to call out Sandy who was the biggest reason why it was such a success. She handled my million questions and had a smile on her face even during the most stressful moments. She's incredible and any couple would be lucky to work with her.

The Club at Castlewood - the venue is absolutely perfect. It is a beautiful place to get married. The palm trees that line the entrance is such a show-stopper. Sandy and her team were so receptive and responsive to everything my husband and I wanted. I used an outside caterer as my husband and I wanted family-style Asian cuisine so I cannot speak to the food here. I had a guest count of a bit less than 200. Pros: - Multiple locations for guests to hang out and mingle that wasn't the reception hall (outside patio, indoor bar area with couches, lobby area with more couches)- Bar area was huge and quick to serve my guests. Many guests told me the bartenders that worked at our wedding were some of the best ones they've seen. We upgraded the bar package at the last minute, and it was worth it to us. - The men and women's locker room has a cute area to get ready in, chairs, couches, lounge chairs, make up stations (and showers)! They also have a lot of amenities including razors, combs, hairspray, deodorant, etc. - Service was awesome. They refilled waters, bussed tables, all of the above. - Allowed us to leave our decor there the day prior so we wouldn't have to do it the day-of (even though there was an event the night before!) It was about 4 large totes, 6 smaller ones, and a few easels. - We had asked for a golf cart to wheel some older guests back up to the reception area after the ceremony. They almost forgot this until my coordinator asked the banquet manager. Thankfully they were able to do it for us in the end. Cons:- Outside caterer has to cook outside which is one level below the reception hall. This is particularly difficult without an elevator to help get to the reception area, especially since we were doing family-style and not buffet, which means plates for each and every table. We were able to come to an agreement on how to make it work, but it was a bit challenging on all parts. - There's no dedicated bridal suite so my things were out in the open for the club members to see and possibly take. On the day of, it didn't matter too much as nothing went missing, but it was stressful thinking about it leading up to the event. I also felt bad I basically took over the whole area away from the club members. It would be helpful to have our own space to change. - That being said, there isn't a designated groom suite either. He had to leave his clothes in the women's locker room after changing.We knew about the cons before booking with Castlewood, but due to how beautiful it was and that they could hold my guest count indoors in a reception room, we went with them anyway, but I still wanted to point those out to future brides and grooms.

We came here for a holiday party for work and this venue was beautiful! The drive in was very scenic. There are a few sharp turns and it was a little scary at night, but it was very pretty. They decorated for the holidays and it was so pretty. The bathrooms were also very clean and the service was great! The catered food was good, but I wish the food was warmer (some of the food was cold). Overall it was great!

I attended the Women's Hall of Fame Luncheon here a couple weeks ago and the experience was just lovely. The service was great, food was excellent, and the decor, beautiful.The grounds looked very well maintained and felt very peaceful. I enjoyed myself.

I just planned and organized our chapters annual awards gala at Castlewood. The night was beautiful! Sandy was amazing to work with from beginning to end. Her team took great care of us starting with the waitstaff and the bartenders and everyone else involved. The location is beautiful, we will definitely back

"Oh my god! How did you guys get this place", was literally spoken at least by ten separate attendees of the wedding that we just held for my daughter.We had a wedding venue change that was literally put together inside of 6 weeks. Just as my wife and I had given up hope of finding a replacement venue, we called "The Club". As if a miracle had been given to us, we were able to secure the event reservation for exactly the date that we needed. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. My wife and I were in awe as soon as we walked in."Sandy", the event coordinator, was absolutely fantastic! She totally put my wife at ease and worked with us closely concerning menus, drink packages and guest totals. Shockingly, the venue and food and drinks were equal to or even less than other places that we had looked at that offered much less. Her food suggestions were on point. She advised us of details that we had not considered and helped us fine tune our program. She even had a list of vendors to work with that could supply items that the venue didn't readily have available. At the night of the event, I was astounded at the quality and taste of the food. From butler style served appetizers at the cocktail hour to the pasta and carving stations to the late taco bar, my guests couldn't stop raving about the food quality and how stuffed they were. The venue and surrounding picturesque backdrop was very beautiful for post wedding pictures. Thank you Sandy and all the staff that helped make a beautiful event even more special. If anyone ever had a doubt about hiring this venue for a special occasion, please put your doubts to rest. This venue will not disappoint!

Our wedding reception was at Castlewood 50 years ago and 50 years later we celebrated there again for our 50th wedding anniversary! Driving through the beautifully lit tall palm trees lining the way to the club set the tone for our elegant evening! Sandy in catering was a delight to work with, making sure the appetizers and food were wonderful! Omkar made sure the banquet room was set up and properly appointed so the evening would flow smoothly. Castlewood's staff was extremely helpful... it was a lovely, lovely evening!!

We held our annual Fall gala in the large ballroom for 300 guests and the Castlewood staff was superb throughout the entire evening. The food was delicious, venue set up exactly how we wanted it, and the staff were attentive and accommodating in any requests we had while we set up. Marisol was so sweet as our Food lead, everyone is hard-working and does a great job!Most importantly, our guests raved about how much fun they had and what a great night it was!!!Thank you Sandy for your time in working and planning with us to create a smooth and wonderful event, helping to alleviate the stress for our team in executing a memorable night to remember. We look forward to returning next year to host another memorable gala!

The Club at Castlewood is an absolute stellar place to host any event. We held our company holiday party there this year and our team was so pleased with everything. The coordinator Sandy, the staff, the day of the event planner Onkar, the bartenders, and the overall experience was a night to remember. The team was very helpful with ensuring our goals were met for the event. They were always approachable, friendly, and happy to help with whatever requests we had.
