Food was good, service was attentive even though they were training. They speak English, Mandarin, and canto. The place looks the part, and effort was put into making it look like modern restaurant in China.Rice is unlimited as well, so you'll definitely get full!

Honest Review: 3.5 starsMy fam and I have eaten here a couple of times since their Grand Opening in 2023. The reason for 3.5 stars were because every restaurant piloting will always have some learning curves and we had encountered just that during our 1st experience where lots of menu items advertised were NOT available and appetizers were burnt to a well-done crisp on the Milk-Flavored Fried Mantou and Popcorn Chicken; kitchen had to refry a new batch for us as they were still in "training" lol very understandable but I mean it would be much better had they just taken their time to make sure it was okay before serving them out to us.We had ordered the same items over the course of 3x and each time had mixed feelings; however, the noodles were always the winner and spotlight of the dinner since it is their signature dish as follows:1x Original Rice Noodles with Fish Fillet (mild; easy pairing that requires you to use all the mini side dishes/ingredients before placing the fish fillet inside so that the fish can absorb everything)1x Tomato Soup Rice Noodles with Beef Brisket (mild; pairing goes real well since the beef brisket may be a bit overpowering in flavor with strong seasoning/salt; the tomato soup helps to even things out)1x Golden Broth Rice Noodles with Chicken (mild; feels like eating Hainan Chicken once mixed in with the golden broth)1x Milk-Flavored Fried Mantou (ask for more condensed milk LOL)1x Popcorn Chicken (mild seasoning preferred)3x Super Fruit Four Seasons Tea (made with fresh fruits all around; very refreshing and quenches your thirst esp in the summer).1st time @ Grand Opening 2023: Aside from the hiccups in the appetizer department, all the soup were outrageously delicious and FILLED up to at least 3/4 of the super hot bowls (be very careful not to touch it even with your arms as you reach for things cuz it can burn you). Noodles were plenty and the mini side dishes/ingredients were super fresh ready to be placed into the soup for added flavor/taste. Also, the beef brisket in elongated whole pieces was phenomenal, an absolutely perfection where I wanted to order more; so delicious where it was not required to be placed in the soup since it had its own sauce/stew.2nd time in 2024: The soup were a bit bland and the mini side dishes/ingredients were less than usual. Noodles were decent but the beef brisket was way too overpowered with seasoning in which all I could taste was salt and even when trying to even things out in the tomato soup, the beef brisket still had that lingering salty bitter taste; luckily I had my drink and kept asking for water LOL.3rd time in 2025: More recently they really made up for it; everything was nearly back to when we had the Grand Opening experience except for 2 things where work was needed. My beef brisket this time about half of it were cut into bite size pieces and the longer ones had these fatty tissue on them where you may think it looked like yummy tendons but once bitten into it, you needed a napkin to wrap it up (I know most people enjoy that texture since it gives everything a fatty boost like duck fat but not for me). Then the soup was edging close to 2/3 instead of 3/4.Overall, definitely give this noodle place a try since it is their signature dish; parking is ample since it is at the very 1st corner of the Dublin Ulferts Center where you can park either in the front, right-hand side or much, MUCH more on the left-hand side especially with the secret tucked in parking area a bit further to the left that no one really uses only if it gets super packed mostly around lunch time @ 12pm OR dinner time @ 6pm.

So many choices! This place had soup bases for everyone's preference. Sour? Spicy? Salty? Creamy (Maybe not creamy... honestly dont' remember this one)? And it was great for the kids. We were referenced to come here from my coworker after I suggested Cloud Noodle in Livermore. This place is closer (kind of), cheaper (again... kind of), and has a better selection! They also were cleaner and just had a better vibe. The service was amazing. Attentive and warned us about any potential hot surfaces with the kids. This is going to be on our list of go to places for things this winter. Noodle soup in Winter is a must do.

Ordered the pork short ribs on a cold night and this hit the spot :)) the staff were extremely kind even though we came pretty close to closing. The place is clean and spacious and ambiance is casual. The broth was nice and flavorful but not too heavy and we really liked how much variety there was in the toppings. We also ordered the fried chicken. It was pretty juicy and nicely flavored but nothing crazy extraordinary. Overall super yummy and would visit again!

I was in town because of a family photoshoot and afterwards we wanted to eat! This place was recommended by our photographer and it did not disappoint! It was early dinner time on a Friday evening and it wasn't overly crowded. All 6 of us got different items and overall it's a matter of preference for what kind of broth and protein you'd like that depicts the meal, the toppings are generally all the same. Consider this place to almost be a "make your own ramen" type of thing, in that you're given a platter of toppings to add to your bowl of steaming hot broth, mix it and let it sit, then voila! It's ready to eat. For a rainy winter evening, it was perfect to have some tasty noodle soup!

Loved this place and was so excited to try it out! I really love the environment inside as well it's super laid back but also looks pretty well kept for a nice outing with loved ones. The service was really good, they are super on top of cleaning and serving so my food came out in about 15-20 minutes.I got the combo with an appetizer, drink, and noodle soup. The portions were pretty generous. -grapefruit tea: thought it was pretty yummy! I also tried out the super fruit tea and i really liked it but personally found it to be a little too sweet. Not too much to displease though! I mixed some water and it was perfect for me. -tomato beef brisket noodle soup: i was surprised by how tender the meat was and how much they actually give you. If you love tomato soups as much as i do then it's definitely a great option! -takoyaki & lamb skewers: my sister had one dish from her combo order and i has my own but was able to try both! The lamb skewers were a bit smaller than expected but were flavorful with a fragrant aroma. The takoyaki came in about 5 balls and while they didn't include all typical takoyaki toppings it was still pretty good considering it came as a combo! Overall, i really loved coming by this place, my main concern is that it's actually in a pretty busy plaza so parking can be a little difficult during peak business hours. Otherwise it's located in a really great area relatively close to some shopping areas such as the Livermore outlets or even other smaller shopping plazas. Give this place a try if you're in the area and looking for a good eat without breaking the wallet!

Addicting Mala Fish! I would come back for the fish and signature sauerkraut. One star less I think it's a bit too much garlic on the fish and the dish a bit too salty.

Over the years I've tried different Yunnan rice noodles and in the previous experiences it was not my preferred meal. Ten Seconds Yunnan Noodles opened in the Olferts Center and takes the place of the seafood boil restaurant. We went for a late lunch, there were only two other patrons dining. We ordered the Takoyaki which was actually quite good. Two different Yunnan noodle broths Hot and Sour Pickled Peppers broth and the pork bone broth. Each of the noodle orders come with a bunch tiny toppings. IMHO everything could have been dumped into the hot broth and served. The major difference in the quality and taste of Yunnan noodles is the broth. Ten Second Yunnan has upped my opinion of Yunnan noodles. Service is good. Plenty of parking.
